Tv didn't work coffee maker didn't work

Do not stay here. He pictures DO NOT match the current state of the property. The front desk person who “helped” me was rude . I hosted work colleagues here and will never again 1 star hotel at best

Off-season Was the way to go... sitting outside right by A small Canal and seeing manatees in the wild..... The room we had was very simple and small, but it did us right for just one night.

Great views and staff was extremely nice

Cheryl at the front desk was top notch in every way possible. Did you hear me? She was attentive, gave great suggestions, was very helpful and overall made this place my new go to when visiting the keys. I took the time to enjoy both pools and have my coffee while watching a sunrise on the creek. She made sure I knew which way was sunrise and which was sunset. I had a blast and most of all it was peaceful. Thank you Cheryl for being the awesome person that you are and thank you Creekside for giving me EXACTLY what I needed.

The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was clean. And it was affordable.

The check in was fine. The site did not have the Restuarant that I’d been to before open so I should have stayed at a more modern place and this should have been posted. I felt like I was staying at a motel instead of hotel. there was no card for the TV and it looked like I had pay per view but I couldbt figure it out come to find out they didn’t have this service just advertised it on the old tv and after trying I called the front desk. I will never stay there again I have all our texts even where I ask him to call or face time. He basically called me an idiot really with no tv card and told me I should know they have only x amount of channels and hbo on channel 500 to on the TVs I’m not going to scroll though 500 channels to see which one works. He was aggressive from the moment I let him in the room would not let me talk. I travel all the time worst experience with maintenance ever. Please see I never complain I travel all the time

Room was very clean. Staff was very nice allowed us to check in early. We stayed three nights and it was very peaceful! Will come back.

Great stay in the upper keys right next to all the local action. Easy going and comfortable. Stayed for a business trip and would highly recommend!

The room was nice, clean, cool, the t-v took some getting used to and the bathroom could use a little more water pressure. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

The staff was very friendly but the cleanliness standards are really low. They offer housekeeping for any stay 7+ days, however, I do not believe there is any checklist or requirements to be considered clean. I had to ask repeatedly for toilet paper, as we never had more than 1 roll at a time, and the Kleenex box was empty. They use spray and cloth pad to mop, and it just smears the gross. When we arrived the bathroom behind the toilet was yellow as if someone peed on the floor. The edges of the floors are brown, not clean. The ceiling of the room has patches of black mold. There is perpetual light coming in the windows from the exterior lights, no blackout curtains, and the noise of people outside on the creek is constant. Not bad, just be aware. It is a roadside motel, just on the creek. Not horrible, but not the best. Should have been cleaner.

The lady at the front desk that checked us in was wonderful and very pleasant. She gave us great food recommendations. This is the second time we have stayed here. It is not a fancy hotel but very clean, quiet and the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely be back.

Horrible customer service from the time i checked until i left, the lady at front desk when we checked in said we would have room service every day if we put the sign out. We were gone all day still no service, instead of employees working they were doing shots of liquor from a bottle they found in a room how in appropriate! We had to get towels twice because they are short people this is not peoples fault that are renting rooms for vacation. The lady at the front is rude and said she was doing things that werent her job how inappropriate to say to paying customers. JUST DO YOUR JOB!

• We liked the waterway behind it, we could only enjoy at night time due to direct sunlight thru and thru w/ NO Umbrellas on entire property, incl swimming pool areas as well. No onrme was using pools in daytime at all, water was sooo hot, no excuse for that. At night, we tried to use pool and it was like a HOT bath tub still. •Upon check-in, When I found out our room was on the 2nd floor(Steps only), I mentioned i had an injury to my knee still healing and because of the steps would be very difficult for me to go up and down, hotel was not booked at all. I asked for 1st floor room and was told that we picked rhe room that we picked, nothing could be changed. Horrible response to a paying customer.

Clean, comfortable room, affordably, priced, at a great location!

Very clean and a great location in Islamorada.

We had to rent 2 rooms for our stay booking prices ranged drastically from hotels.com to the Inns website. We booked for 6 guests through the Inn website then received the confirmation that only up to 4 in a room. So we got on to book another room and hotels.com was way cheaper than the inn. We had no AC in one of the rooms. When we first arrived we just thought ok we are in and out of the room no big deal it’s just not cooling so we went to eat dinner came back still no AC. Went to the office no one is there after I think 7. So we try to sleep with no AC middle of summer in south Florida it was 95 outside. We wouldn’t stay again or advise it.

It was perfect for us! Private balcony, right on the creek, shark tarpon manatee swimming right by our room, we could dock our boat up !! Didn’t catch the cleaning lady’s name but she was the best so friendly & helpful !!!!

love being on the water and walk to made 2 order close enough to the highway to hear it we had a family set up a fishing day right outside our door using the picnic table and patio furniture for our room and we then could not use it

Love the Property, Fishing off the back side doch, BBQ Facilities, clean and complete rooms ! Will come back for sure!
