Overall the room was clean, beds were comfortable and spacious and the staff was really friendly. They did offer a basic breakfast, but we opted to go out anyway.
The only negative would be the water pressure. It was horrible, could not even get the soap off.

The room was spacious, clean, and generally in great condition. The bedroom HVAC unit was unusually clunky when it turned on, which was disturbing. But the real issue was that the door lock simply didn't work. You could close the door, and got a reassuring click, but a light tug would open it to anyone who wanted access to your stuff. That's so dangerous, because we left the room unlocked by accident that way. Luckily, no bad outcome, but this should never happen.

This hotel is really clean and quiet. The staff was super friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was in my room every time the air conditioning shut off it made a terrible noise and kept waking me up throughout the night. Other than that it was a good stay.

Was an average stay. There were not snacks or drinks in the lobby like the pictures show. Breakfast food was basic hotel breakfast, The room was clean and comfortable and didn’t see any bugs.

This room was too small and too basic for the price (especially in Shawnee Oklahoma). There is no excuse for prices like that with queen beds that are more like full beds, a loud air conditioner, rooms you can barely move around in, no couch, no tub, etc.

I had to make a change to my reservation because I have made an error on the date, and they were very accommodating to make the change. It was very much appreciated.

Awesome hotel, only complaint would be the sheets are not comfortable for ppl that have sensory issues. Non cotton, with polyester/plastic texture feel. Possible be my own personal opinion.

This was a great place to stay in Shawnee. The breakfast was great, the rooms were very comfortable and clean and the staff was super friendly. The only recommendation I have is installing some type of water cooler to fill water bottles. Other than that - everything was just fantastic!

I have several complaints 1) room smelt like smoke 2) breakfast was nasty 3) handicap room (we didnt ask for) shower water ran all across bathroom floor 4) pullout bed wasnt made had to ask for bedding 5) no snacks was told to go to comfort inn acroos street 6) no hot tub like advertised 7) was made to sort and put soaked towels in laundry room because employee said she couldnt and i had to or she couldnt give me more. It would be easier for customer service to call me. Or email me! Very disappointed and want $ back!

I booked this room because they had an indoor swimming pool. The pool heater was broke and then pool was closed. I thought it pricey for what you got

The check in was fine and the attendant was pleasant. We were pulling a trailer and couldn’t park as close as we could at the Santa Rosa NM La Quinta. Had to call the Front desk about loud music outside the room in a common area. The breakfast provided wasn’t very good, your very basic of choices. I would think that La Quinta hotels would be very similar in quality and amenities so when booking your travel you’d choose other La Quinta properties, unfortunately there’re not. The Santa Rosa NM La Quinta had many more choices at breakfast, and didn’t have a cable box hanging from the wall. I’m not trying to be super critical, just giving an honest opinion after staying at a different La Quinta property the night before. Sorry but it’s a night and day difference. We’ll try another hotel brand when traveling through again.

We didn’t like that the pool water was murky and cold. So we were unable to enjoy the pool.
