Good location

We booked a king room with a sleeper sofa for a young family of 5. We arrived late in the evening after the kids were already asleep in our vehicle. We woke them up to check in. We discovered the elevators were broke and we were on the 3rd floor. I requested a room on the first floor even if it was a double queen and was told there wasn’t anything available. I believe that, but as a large family with little children it was difficult for us to manage 3 flights of stairs with sleepy kids and luggage. When we got into our room, it was clean but there was no bedding in the room for the pull out bed. We booked this room with intent to use the sofa bed. It was very inconvenient to go all the way back down the stairs to ask for bedding that should have already been in the room. One of the pillows stuck like mildew badly. In our weekend stay, we didn’t have any room service to refresh towels or take our trash. Overall I felt like we overpaid severely for a hotel thats cutting costs at our inconvenience. We will not be staying again. We weren’t the only ones who felt this way over this weekend either. A woman in front of us at checkout was complaining about her age the stairs were hard on her and they found a lot of roaches in their room. One of our children claimed they saw one too but I did not personally see it. It went under the sofa bed.

Breakfast was okay none of the food had flavor. The location was good because there was plenty of restaurants and a Walmart near by

Check in was late because our room wasn't ready and I had called an hour before to see if we could check in early. Got to the hotel the person at the desk was not helpful more concerned about eating his food. Finally got in our room 30 minutes after check in and the room was filthy especially the bathroom.

The room is spacious

The mattresses caved in the middle, the floors were wet from AC unit and there was no telephone in the room. Front desk did not really do much about it as the place was booked. Would have gone somewhere else if there was availability.

ac didn’t work. Bed springs were broken and was not comfortable to sleep on. not so clean

my room was filthy

great location in terms of easy on and off route 40 …we were traveling cross country from AZ to PA. Also close to so many amenities.

TV reception …may have been poor due to high winds.

clean. loved the soaps and shampoos. breakfast was decent.

slamming doors woke me up at like 5:30 am. none of the neighbors knew how to quietly close the door. at our next hotel-a comfort inn and suites- it was impossible to slam doors. they automatically closed softly. here though the doors closed super loud.

King Suite w/ sofa bed was good for our family. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

Big fat upper case F for housekeeping. Housekeeping service was half-hearted if you could get it arranged at all. Most of the staff had a poor attitude.
