Do not stay here. We walked out as you couldnt open a window without others being able to enter your room. Very poor state of repair. Bad smelling rooms. No space in the rooms. No aircon

Awful place. Hotel is run down. Bathroom is just a plastic pod in corner of exceptionally small room. One flat pillow to each bed, no wardrobe. Windows to each room (we had 3) had been broken into at some point.
Light bulbs missing, room not cleaned everyday and no outside lighting working on stairways or passage to rooms. Its a mugging or worse waiting to happen. When we checked in we were told 'stick together, there are bad people around here'.
Breakfast is just toast, croissant and jam in a plastic seated area next to the check in desk.
Would never ever stay there again.

Only booked for one night, not bad, rooms basic, beds comfy (no backache in the morning). Bit of a language barrier when booking in but not to bad. big bonus was the secure compound parking. Overall suited us for what we needed somewhere to get are heads down and freshen up. Would be happy to use again if in the area.

The room is small and basic. We didn’t spend any time in the room so it was just to sleep and wash. 10 minutes from Roubais velodrome which was good.

Basic... But clean rooms... Good transport... Breakfast €5... Good value for Toast etc and unlimited juice/coffee... Only bad thing... 5pm check in.. But let me leave luggage at noon... Thanks for that.

Apart from a surprisingly comfortable bed.....dreadful. You always know when you discover two dumped cars in a secure car park that you are not staying in the best hotel. The reception staff were very good but the whole building is unloved and uncared for, total lack of pride and quite frankly even as a budget hotel this is put to shame by all of the other better known groups.......

I arrived late and would be gone early so I opted for a simple, cheap hotel near where I needed to go. The personel was very friendly, the room was tiny but very clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. No complaints - at all.

When I arrived a grumpy guy did the check in, sighing a lot, even though I speak perfect French (so that couldn't be the cause of his bad behaviour towards me). When I left, there was a super nice cheery lady at the desk and she was hugely helpful. So the staff is either fantastic or awful....
The hotel itself is in the centre, very close to Gare Flandres. It was actually one of the better Premier Class hotels I ever stayed in.
Breakfast is a bit poor, but then again, what do you expect for €5.

Room was bright and clean. Bed was comfortable. We that we had had the breakfast as it looked good and probably better than we could find on our road journey.

Stayed here as a last minute resort. Was grossed out. Slept on my towel and washed my feet immediately after my shower and left socks on because it felt so dirty. Arrived later around 9:30, guy was helpful but we didn't even get our own room key. He let us in the room but no key. Like what is that? Breakfast was terrible as well. Just avoid this place

handy location for the 1WW war sites. not far to walk to centre of town. hotel staff fine

The room was small, but that was expected for the price we paid. Very clean but warm as there wasn't air conditioning and the window could only be opened a little way and was facing a main road. We all slept well though, comfortable beds! Only really suitable for an overnight stop. I didn't use the shower as it was so small in the bathroom. Free wifi was a bonus.
