Our room stay was basic with 2 queen beds, clean and comfortable, especially nice with the view of the river on the back side of the hotel. Breakfast was the usual simple fare; I'm glad we brought a box of extras to keep us happy. The staff were kind to offer my husband some medication that was needed when stores were closed on Thanksgiving Day. We were grateful!

Front desk manager was kind and helpful and we loved the hot tub! Great lawn out
back for our dog, and view of the fish ladder and distant mountains. Easy to get to everything downtown.

The room was clean but broken curtains. The beds were comfortable but other guests interrupted the night with very loud talking, laughing, general obnoxious and disrespectful behavior towards anyone trying to rest. This began at 1:30am and lasted on and off until 3:30am. It was an enb and flow event, with lots of going in and out of rooms

Nice staff, breakfast was good, room was clean for the most part with exception of the bathroom. There was lots of black hair all over the floor and especially along the baseboards. The phone charger (USB) in the room didn’t work.

I’ve loved staying at Comfort! I come to Walla Walla pretty often, and Comfort Inn is always very welcoming, consistent with good service, breakfast, affordable price, clean rooms, and more :)

Accidentally booked a hotel in the wrong city because Hotel.com advertised it in the middle of all the other hotels in the area i was looking. The hotel refunded the room, but hotel.com wont give me a refund

My stay was great but the only thing I have to complain is no one came to my room to clean and give me clean towels. I stayed 3 nights I figured when I got back to my room I would have clean towels and trash taken out

Rude manager. Their computer was down although I had verification on my phone room prepaid. I waited 2 hours. Never even offered me a drink. Expedia finally refunded me at midnight. I left. BTW I am elderly.

The property looked nothing like the photos. Our room (218) had a horrible smell of old cigarette smoke, the beds were very old and hard as a rock. Our room was very out dated. The pool/hot tub area was the same.
The young man who checked us in was very nice and the coffee shop in the same parking lot was a huge perk! My vote is this wasn’t worth what I paid a night. Would have been happy with $85 nightly rental. Not $155

Hot tub did not function properly. Pool water very murky. The "Bar" is not operational. Noticed a lot of minor maintenance items that need to be addressed. (Ripped hallway carpet, stairway door insulation half falling off, etc.) However it was reasonably priced.

We used the sofa bed and when we unfolded it was very dirty it have a lot of spots and had like crumbs. We asked for extra sheets to cover it and we only received a flat sheet no the other one. In general it was okay for a few days. The breakfast was great!

the fire pit would have been my favorite feature although we couldn't use it because there was a group out there sitting side by side and there wasn't enough room. it would have been nice if there was another one that wasn't up against the fence so more people could have enjoyed it.

We had scheduled cleaning but they never showed up. Staff was never around when needed. The cleaning staff were unprofessional, when we were leaving one of the cleaning staff members made us stop on the elevator every floor on the way down so she could look around for another staff member.

Doesn’t quite measure up to other hotels in the immediate area. Chose Comfort over others because a king room was available. Nothing really bad, but do appreciate the slightly more professional atmosphere of other hotels.
