The the economy the way it is, I would have liked to see a small free continental breakfast or some type of grab and go for the guest. With inflation I’d like to stay where I feel most comfortable and have a free small breakfast for staying consistent with patronizing.

We having to cut our trip short because there wasn’t any hot water for us to take a shower. We had plans for the day and couldn’t achieve what we came for.

Very positive experience. Our second time in this hotel.
My reservation clearly stated that breakfast would cost RS16 per person per night. I asked the front desk about that and she said she did not know anything about that. She actually said it could have been something offered by a third party company (Booking.com for instance), which was the case. Anyway, we decided to have breakfast at Starbucks at the hotel and I did not like it much, so next day we had breakfast at Starbucks at the main street that seemed to have more options.

The pool area was great but SO slippery. My kids fell multiple times just walking. The floor is slanted to direct it to drains but some areas are too slippery when wet. You need those gripper floor strip things.
The bathtub faucet was unusually high up making huge splash when trying to fill the tub. Odd.

I booked on booking.com and it stated a meal/breakfast cost $17.50 per night, per person. It was a false statement. However, the nice front desk clerk who we brought this to her attention upon check out had us show her the charge on booking.com and gave us a breakfast. Not what we expected, we had heard other folks ask the same upn check in.

There was no free breakfast and the restaurant was limited with poor staffing.
Restaurant was below expectation and below previous visits. It seems to be a little used afterthought.

Clean and well lit. It’s easy accessible with good parking.
They have a a cafe type eatery which is handy on a schedule.
The room has terrible lighting. If you try to read then lights will go off
and attempts to reset the Master switch don’t work. The lighting
problem was bad and the air conditioner in the room is very loud.

Location was close to downtown and facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable.
We waited in line to give our breakfast order (because the had no servers) and as soon a we got to the front the server said he would be right back. He left and after waiting for 15 minutes we finally left and ate outside the hotel. In our room, our coffee maker was broken, our blow dryer was broken, the phone charger was broken...and when I told the front desk person how we felt about our stay she offered no compensation. She apologized but that was it.

The room was spacious and clean
We are in the middle of a mask mandate and a lot of the guest connected to the golf tournament were not asked by the staff to wear their masks.
