Cleanliness, friendliness, and politeness of the people of Medellin Colombia. The traffic was extremely heavy during peak hours. The heavy traffic was made really bad and dangerous by the high amount of motorcycles in the roads. The traffic to me was extremely dangerous. Don’t recommend to use a car rental

The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delightful, enhanced by the charming presence of squirrels that accompany you during your meal. However, the only drawbacks were the shower water pressure, which was lacking, and the bed, which was a bit too stiff for our liking.

The staff was amazing! This is a great property and is very walkable to dinning and shopping. Just note that the property is up a hill, so walking to the shopping area is fine, but it is a workout to walk back to the hotel.
The breakfast was fantastic every morning! Even though my Spanish isn't very good, the staff was always very patient with me.
The rooms are great! I was a little disappointed that there was not a tv in the living room area and only in the bedroom. The views from the hotel are amazing!

Fair hotel, but not worth the money.
1. Air conditioner didn't work well, even after complaining, the staff did nothing more to resolve.
2. Toilet would run, I would have to take cover off to re-seat the flap.
3. TV Cable service was out completely the first night.

Only complaint would be breakfast food, because it's in chafing dishes, was usually cold and even after asking for hot coffee, mostly it was served lukewarm... breakfast staff/ cooks could use some improvement. Otherwise, staff in hotel was great.

This is an excellent Hotel with great service.
The breakfast service is fantastic!!! Really enjoyed breakfast every day. The rooms feature Central AC , great showers and jacuzzis on the roof were wonderful. Jacuzzi does require a reservation and is filled up just for you.
The only con is that it’s 4 blocks up a hill. Easy to walk down but you probably need an Uber to get back to the hotel. Overall highly recommended hotel

Had no problems at checkin. Room is larger than most at this price level. Good 24 hr room ervice menu. Quiet area, no traffic noise. Mall Zona 2 is a short walk with a Carulla suoermarket and variety of eating options
ir SantaFe Mall is 5000 COP. It is possible to walk to Av Poblado although steep. No pool but a small gym, jacuzzi at top floor. Nice views from upper levels.Bed is less hard than typical.
