This hotel was a great surprise to find. It’s an old school style, family run hotel that caters to your needs. Has a great restaurant on site. Two pools and direct access to the beach. The hotel staff was wonderful.

Very nice with friendly staff. Its an older hotel but it is very clean and the location is fantastic. Restaurant is very good. The only disappointment was breakfast which was very simple. For the price, this hotel is very good!

Inconvenience to transport baggages from lobby up the stairs to the lift. A diagonal ramp could be useful for both hotel employees and customers. Muddy and wet parking place. Big room and comfortable beds, quiet with garden view. Big swimming pool. Not many choices of breakfast.

Every year I take a couple of days here. The staff are very nice and the hotel is total near the beach.

Lovely place by the sea..Great place for relaxation.

The restaurant is fantastic, obviously specialising in Seafood. The staff must be well looked after as they all seemed happy and well adjusted. The facilities have a slightly worn look. For example the salt Swimming Pool walls need re-grouting but is still enjoyable to wallow in.

Lovely hotel and friendly people breakfast not so great but everything else superb

Rooms were lovely. Cleaned everyday with fresh linens and towels. The cleaning staff couldn’t be faulted. Situated right on the beach. Two beautiful pools. Sun beds on the beach rather close together. Much better by the pools. Breakfast choices rather limited. Adequate. Food a little disappointing and quite expensive for lunch and dinner. Very few places to walk to but the Bluport shopping complex just across the road was a huge plus.

The hotel was very comfortable and most reasonable priced....it was spotlessly clean and all public areas well maintained.....staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.....the massage lady near the pool was marvelous....perhaps the breakfast could be improved xx we very much enjoyed our stay x

The restaurant has good local Thai food. Even local Thais eat here for lunch and dinner. The staff are friendly. Great location on the beach and across the street from BluPort shopping mall.

Great beach, friendly staff, peaceful location ,restaurant is excellent, mostly European guests

We booked based on the pictures of hotel - this was deceiving as the pictures related to Sailom resort and not Sailom hotel which was dated , old and not worth the money

We had hiccups in the check-in process. But the hotel refunded us the double booking. So everything was still good.

Very nice beach, nice Hotel, 2 swimming pools very nice, for nice and good shopping only cross the street there is a big shopping centre (belongs to "the Mall" Company), Bus connection to Central Hua Hin very good and cheap (public transportation not taxi). Has a lot of nice places to visit. Then the food is awesome. My daughter, my wife and I we definitely would choose again this hotel.

Some of the staff have been with this hotel for over 30 years! The rooms are spacious and the location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the new Bluport mall. The grounds are well maintained. Very nice breakfast buffet. 2 pools and lounge beds on the beach provided by the hotel. We found some guests who have been coming to this place for over 20 years and we will most definitely be back.

This is a lovely hotel, yes shes old and perhaps could use a small refurb - but the ease at how she runs, the amazing staff and superb beach makes this a real find, and not the huge towering hotels nearby but a low-rise unique character! Definitely recommend upgrading to Deluxe room - these rooms are significantly better! Thank you to the staff, who couldnt have been more helpful and attentive, and very kind... Ill be back soon! Only downside - Internet was really poor!
