Honestly the room was disgusting, bathtub that’s beside the bed was filthy and mattress was sinking in the middle. Made the night almost impossible to sleep.

We stay at this hotel when we visit midland, which is several times a year. The service is always friendly, check in is fast, the place is clean and they have a great ice machine. We feel as though this is our midland home

The pool area. They had this loud fan runnig all the time beside the pool and the door open all day, They must have a humidity issue in this area. Also the hall ways are kepted so cold you sure felt it going back to your room after coming out of the pool.

During my stay I was quite busy. In and out ofter. One of those times I returned from 3 hour bike ride. To my surprise my room was cleaned . Something I had not expected. It was a pleasent and refreshing experience. Thanks to you and the cleaning ladies.

From the professional and friendly receptionist, to the delicate fresh air throughout the hotel and finally, the inviting, spacious and marvellous room, my stay was delightful to say the least!

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were big but too high. The bathtub could have been a bit cleaner but overall the bathroom was fine. The chairs in the room were not comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and lots of stuff to choose from. The vents for the AC were not adjustable so it just blows cold air onto the bed.

One night's stay was good. Breakfast was nice and varied. However, we booked the room for four with two double beds but towels and cups were left for only two.

Enjoyed the fact it was a short drive to the areas we were interested in. Pretty good breakfast for being continental. Wish the eggs though would taste like eggs.

Close to shops and fast food restaurants.
The breakfast was basic. Same spread every day. The scrambled eggs were dry, many other hotels change the type of eggs between omelettes or scrambled, and often offer boiled eggs as well. Other the that, it was a good place to stay for a reasonable price.

good value .However, the sound isolation is extremely poor. Conversations from adjoining rooms as well as above rooms are easy heard throughout the night.

The staff was great, and so were the facilities - dining room, lobby, pool, and gym. The mattress in our pull out couch was clearly stained, and needed to be replaced.

Property was in a convenient location to visit sites in Midland and Penetanguishene. Free breakfast was a great perk. Property was clean some furniture a little tired. Very close to shopping and Midland Golf and Country Club.

Was pleasantly surprised by our stay, in the best way 🙂 the pool was great my son had a blast in there, rooms were clean and had everything you could need. All staff we came into contact with were super lovely. And the bonus breakfast was perfect. Great value for the price. We will be back !

The cleanless of the property is not great. Everything (cought, carpet) are so dark and the light are rare son it's hard to see if it's clean. But, when I left the hotel, the sandals I was wearing in the room were full of dust!!!
The bed was very bad.
The TV chanels chart doesn't match with the reality of the TV and there is no guide on the TV, you need to go up and down thrue every channel one by one!
To top all that...one day we came back to our room with the door unlock! The latch was out and the door was leaning on it! We assume the cleaning lady forgot to close it properly. The sad part, the manager said:

Clean spacious rooms, we booked a stay while travelling from London, ON to Muskoka Lakes.
This property is conveniently located close to places to grab quick bites and tims and starbucks are within 5 mins walk.
The staff is polite and helpful.

The pool is very small , so much so that even though I was booked mid week , I could never get a chance to use the pool to relax as well , the hot tub was cordoned off and could not be used. I feel this info should have been shared at the time of booking.
