A lovely beachside resort that is what you would hope for. Great staff, beautiful hotel. What's not to love?

Good location, clean, good price, good services

Close to the beach. Further away from the historical district.

Excellent value for money. Basic accommodation - I booked room only so can't state an opinion on the food. Hotel very well situated, staff friendly, lovely roof top area with plunge pool though able to swim in the sea just 5 minutes walk away too. Comfortable bed and decent shower. 2 lifts and a ramp by the steps - I was using a walking stick so ideal! I intend to book there again next year.

Very disappointed - it is supposed to be a 3 star hotel but in my opinion we paid alot for nothing.. mould , no toilettries, no tv channels, telephone disconnected… nothing to do in hotel .. so disappointed .. would expect more for a 3 star hotel

Only thing that was missing was coffee and tea and sugar in the rooms that's a nice service to give

This is a good clean budget hotel. Extremely clean and functional. Great staff with the exception of Jan who was very unhelpful and rude. I’d return here if on a short break but would look for something less basic if staying in Malta longer.

The accommodations at this hotel are average but we left after one night due to the craziness just outside. If you are looking for a party town this is it. There were party people out and being loud until 05:00. We went there to see the aquarium, which was delightful, and to use as a home base to explore Malta but we were chased out by the load parting which happens just outside. Not a place for a quiet holiday.

The hotel is at the town center, with everything very close . Staff from housekeeping and reception is hospitable and attentive! Breakfast big enough to start your day! Thank you for all the service !!!

Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel itself although clean was in need of refurbishment. The area is a busy night life area, Noise from people talking/shouting and screaming most nights till 3am one night went on till 4:30. Then the bin men to take the rubbish from 6:30am, one morning it was 4:30am . Didn't get one good nights sleep. Air con was not working for the first few days so had to have the balcony door open.

The air conditioning was broken and water pouring into the room. Staff did nothing to help.....

Although the listing says there is parking, the hotel has no parking, and there is no available parking anywhere near the hotel. I specifically booked this place because it said parking. When I complained to the staff member, she became rude and aggressive very quickly. The room smelled strongly of mildew.

My first night in the property, the room did not have AC and the staff would not provide a portable fan, so I was not able to sleep at all. The next night, I found out that portable fans were pretty common in most of the rooms, which was further disappointing. Because the AC was broken, I was moved to a room that had working AC - which was my biggest need to sleep. But the room with working AC was so old and full of mold - my lungs at the end of my stay were tight and I couldn't stop coughing for a couple days after. The people next door to me were partying until 2am, making this a very unenjoyable stay.

Very nice and friendly place, about 3 minutes from square. Easy to get to bars and shopping!

Problems with booking via Hotels! Weak air-con, too noisy in rooms from the pubs side, no fridge in a room...good location in a center.

The property is well situated but lacks in everything else. Their website is dishonest in saying they offer parking. They don’t have a car park. The Aircond is non existent. Everything else is a grab for more money. No indoor swimming pool, as advertised. The shower in our room was falling apart and had broken glass panels. Pictures available.

Two bars in the street outside stayed open until 4am and the noise from them prevented a good nights sleep.

The property was centrally located and it was easy to come and go. The room itself was relatively updated, however the bathroom was not updated. The "sea view" room only included a sliver of view of the sea from standing on the balcony, which was a surprise and meant that our view was actually of the buildings across the street. If visiting in Malta again, I would not stay here or in this location. The restaurants play extremely loud music until 6AM and the hotel cannot do anything about it. In our 5 night stay, there was not a single night that were were able to sleep through the night without being woken up by loud music and people yelling in the street. While the price was reasonable, we would have gladly paid more for some peace and nearly checked out early to go to a different part of the island.

The hotel is in a great location near to the sea, however the pubs around are very noisy till VERY late after midnight they still open. So no chance to sleep before they then.The mattress could be of a better quality, staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotels.com should never recommend this hotel staff friendly room dark & dingy should have had tea & coffee making facilities but didn’t unless upgraded food you wouldn’t give to PIGS we had to go to eat out — morning food was night before scraps ie mash & chips for breakfast yuck fried eggs done in a gallon of oil. For your own health keep away from the restaurant food we certainly would NOT recommend it animals let alone humans we certainly won’t be there again..couldn’t wait to check out & we did early..really spoilt our honeymoon..

This hotel was disgraceful, the pillows were made from chopped pieces of foam, lumpy! The bathroom was old and run down, I would not have booked this hotel if I had seen the condition first. I would rate it below 1 star.

Nice 3 day break in Primera. Room was clean. Nice outdoor and indoor pools. Great service by welcoming staff. Food was ok. Good location right near Bugibba Square.

First impression was oh dear really noisy and very busy, glad to be close to the bay thou because the dust in the air was awful . We will not be returning to Malta again .

This hotel has been amazing. the hotel is always been clean and spotless every time i have entered my hotel room it has been spotless and the members of staff at this hotel have always been welcoming since arrival. I would strongly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and welcoming stay and i would defiantly use this hotel again upon my return back to Malta in the future.

Hotel could do with some renovations. Some front desk staff were very unfriendly, unhelpful and unpleasant. One staff advices that to use the swimming pool will cost €7.00 per client. Therefore restricting the usage of the swimming pools.

The hotel is very dated but clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. No wifi or facilities in room. Breakfast poor, you can find better value and choice less than 50 meters away Average age of guests 55+

Nice hotel for a budget hotel. Basically rooms but OK. The bed was comftable . The evening meal avoid go out. There are plenty of restaurants near bye. Rooms cool with free air conditioning.
