The villa is fantastic and has great facilities. Lovely little touches like complimentary fruit, cakes, shower gel, toilet roll. The pools and games room were fantastic.

A stair gate at the top of the stairs would have made it feel safer for young children. A bath would have also been useful for the children. The sauna didn’t get very hot, but honestly it was such a good villa.

Everything was perfect

Victoria was very helpful and quickly replied to any questions we had. The property was very clean and comfortable for our group.

We spend few weeks in villa and there are few good and bad side of it and it all depends what is the purpose of stay. All the bad points probably dont make any difference if going just for few nights. On good side we really liked the location, villa is based in small town with only 5 minutes drive to shop or 5 minutes drive to restaurants or 5 minutes drive to beach. But if you dont have a car then you are in trouble, that 5 minutes will become 30-60 minutes as its all up and down hill. I would also like to highlight that our host was very helpful and was trying all she good to help out. And all the bad sides of villa were unfortunately out of her control. Villa is located on the hill and have quite amazing views of Mellieha We really liked indoor swimming pool with heated water, that was just amazing!

Few bad points which we were not impressed: There are few villas all standing next to each other so if one of them is having noisy neighbours its like having them in your villa. During our stay every weekend villas were rented out by young people who partied all night and there was no way to reduce noise levels. Even though they supposed to be quite after 10pm none of them really cared about house rules as they only come for few nights. It feels like kitchen was put only to show that it exist, probably the most cheapest available on market. If you planning to cook something prepare that it will take much longer. Cooking hob was so week that making eggs in the morning would take about 5 times longer than it should be. Cockroaches are massive there. When lights go off at night you can expect to see them in the house. So dont recommend walking at night with out lights probably going to step on one. It felt like villa was not renovated for long time, there was massive whole between top floor and floor below which was just covered with wooden board. Not something we expected to see for villa that was advertised as luxury.
