The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was in rough shape. Multiple stains and ripped up sections on the carpet, wallpaper peeling up on the seams. Looked like an area of water damage on the ceiling. The bed was comfortable though and it was quiet. Due to the condition of the room, I wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms really need a complete renovation.

Upon check in, room given was already occupied. It took over an hour to get new room as hotel was over sold.

For the price we paid, nothing should be anything but excellent. It was a high demand weekend at IU. So, the rate was ridiculous high, which at that point doesn’t make you feel good about the stay when you feel your room isn’t at par level

- The AC was not working and we spent sleepless nights. Having a good night sleep is the whole purpose of staying in any hotel.
- The bedsheets were so itchy
- I had to book this hotel as other hotels are sold out and this stay is one of the terrible stay i ever had.

The hotel had plenty of parking it was not top of the line but ok for us to spend a few nights there. Not enough shampoo in the little bottles, there were some stains on the carpet. The AC was a constant I could not get it to shut off. The room itself was not bad the bed was Ok but like I said it was OK for us for a few nights. The breakfast was great plenty of options hot and cold.

The room was fresh and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We have stayed in other hotels in the area and this far succeeded them. Will definitely stay there on our next visit.

The shower drain did not drain. The door to the bathroom was falling off the wall. Pet friendly only for dogs, definitely should state only dogs.

We got a handicap room and didn’t have the amenities we needed to get ready for a wedding, staff had personal conversations while we were checking in barely acknowledging us, there was a constant dog barking. Just overall wasn’t what we expected based off the reviews, highly disappointed.

The bathtub drained very slowly. The shower diverter valve got stuck so I had to force it down. The device used to prevent the door from opening was loose and needed to be screwed in tight .

Apparently there was an upgrade to this property so the guest rooms were very nice. Comfy beds, updated decor, and quiet. The negative was lack of water. Wanting to fill a water bottle the front desk attendant mentioned there was water in the fitness room. The bottle was empty/needed to be replaced. The front desk stated she’d leave a note. Next morning, still empty. Apparently a crowd ate breakfast before we got there and many items were not replaced. Very disappointing.

The carpet in the halls by my room were wet. They were wet the entire stay. The paint was coming off the walls in the restroom of my room. The television was dark. Could not adjust the color so we did not watch tv. There was always a large amount of laundry in the hall. The people and service was great.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from IU . We were pleasantly surprised that we could even book a hotel room 6 weeks before ! The staff ( especially River at the front desk ) were so refreshingly pleasant and gave us gift bags ! We will come back to the hotel again because of the generous staff and clean facilities!!
