While the breakfast room was well staffed, clean, and roomy, the breakfast was subpar. Lacking pastries, fruit, and waffles/pancakes.

Breakfast was dreadful. Please don’t bother offering “free” breakfast. I’ll be happy to pay for breakfast somewhere else. Reduce the room rate by $15 instead.

Hotel is in serious need of renovation. Everything is old. I stay here regularly because it’s convenient but the place needs updating.

Overlooking downtown William’s lake, the Coast Fraser Inn is a good central location for shopping, the hospital, and eateries.
The Boston Pizza is attached to the hotel but if you don’t mind walking 3 minutes the Fox Mountain brewery (brew pub) is great ( it’s just next door)

Check in was quick, easy, and friendly. property was full so parking was an issue. Stayed on floor 1 - deer outside our window was amazing. Could hear conversation in next room, then their TV show after that. Really liked how BP’s was attached to the hotel.

The showers dont work ( 1/2 water comes down the faucet and little pressure in the shower head)

This place definitely could use some updates. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hot tub was closed without information over heard from another guest that people misused the hot tub so it was closed. Shower walls, around the sink were not clean. Nice being connected to the restaurant and lots of parking.

I did not care for the warm bath temperature. I realize it cannot be hot for safety reasons but at this hotel it was noticeably cooler.
I also feel tub safety is really lacking. There are no safety measures such as a grab bar to assist getting in and out of shower and tub bottom is slippery. A grab bar would prevent significant injury and costs very little.

Only place available in Williams lake as traveling through. Room was fine but not overly clean and mattress was terrible. All the food was gone at breakfast by 8:15 AM.

i was on a motorcycle and did not have GPS. The signs for the hotel are not illuminated, and I rode past the hotel without seeing it. every thing else around there is easy to find because of bright signage..I finally stopped at the Ramada and they gave me directions
