Quick stay was great. Updated nice looking Hotel. Nice bar and grill area with good food and drinks. Courtyard has lots of room for large groups. Fireplaces in some of the sitting areas. Had some decent pizza. Theres also a small restaurant at the end of the bar. Arena is right across the street. Front desk is quick and efficient. Early check-in may be a no go.

Stayed overnight for an event across the street. Check in was quick but parking, across the street, was pretty hard. Lots of vehicles taking multiple spots to accommodate. Room was clean and appears to have been remodeled. However, the AC was limited to 68 degrees in our room. Pillows were slightly uncomfortable. The $20 resort fee is ridiculous but it was part of the price to be close to the Arena next door. The bar area was messy and disorganized. The bartenders appeared tired as they hardly smiled at the customers. Overall, I would stay again for an overnight stay if the event is next door at the arena. Also, the other hotel selections nearby are awful.

My husband and I had an overnight stay for a wedding.
Pros: Clean room, clean bathroom, complete toiletries in bathroom
Cons: dark room; only an entrance light, bathroom light and two bedside lamps. Room is in the ground floor; however unable to open curtains without being seen from the outside. Restaurant area was not sufficiently staffed.
For the price, lack of coffee in the room (only 2 packets provided) and no complimentary bottled water.
Swimming pool under repair.
Other comment: it appears that certain sections of the hotel allocated for student housing.

The place overall was extremely clean and view was amazing. The only down fall was they don’t offer free complementary breakfast only free coffee, no room service, and the main part for me and my child was NO Pool usage. Nothing on their website stated that and I had to find out at check-in. Very disappointing

This hotel notified us one day before our stay that the pool will be closed for construction. They didn't offer anything except to waive the convenience fee. We felt very uncared for.

Very disappointed that pool was closed on a very hot weekend. They charge you $100 deposit each day you stay and an extra $20 a day for whatever reason they do which didn’t make sense and no free breakfast. They charged my son $18 for his breakfast. Be ready to pay $$$$$

Great stay! Clean & comfortable room. The staff was very helpful and polite. The food at the restaurant was AMAZING! And the hang out area by the pool was cool too.

The property was nice, they have a courtyard with pool tables and ping pong tables, fun. Downside was they close and kick you out by 10 PM They charge you a $20 resort fee per day. The breakfast should have been included for what it was it was. We book a two bed room because we thought we were going to have a third person. The beds are more like twins than a queens. Too small for two people in one bed.

The hotel is nice, parking is across the street. The person who checked us in indicated the restaurant opened at 3pm and what the bar hours were however failed to say they served breakfast. We had a 1st floor room, the curtains had to remain closed so people walking by couldn’t see in the room. Open drug use while waiting in line at the McDonald a block away made me decide to not checkout the Downtown area. The hotel charges a $40 per day resort fee but all I can think is it covers the maid service. I wouldn’t consider this a resort.

The hotel is really nice excellent staff and very Comfortable. The food looked good although I didn’t eat it. However, the neighborhood wasn’t so welcoming in the evening. Had a sketchy feel about it, but it’s in a nice location and a big city.

The hotel has appealing and interesting architecture. My room was nice except for the shower without a door. The pool was nice but I wish the hot tub was available because they turned it off for maintenance purposes. I especially appreciated the little convenience store in the lobby.

The staff was very friendly and super responsive. We enjoyed picturesque view of the water, pool, and courtyard. The energy of the bar, ambiance of the outdoor firepits, and the allure of the turquoise glowing pool under a starry night - we will absolutely come back soon!!

The rooms with double beds seem to be in much better shape then those with a king, and also have a better view (pool and river), so was worth an upgrade for me. The staff was great although there can be a wait to check in. You can speed things up by checking in online in advance. Nice grassy outdoor and pool area on the river, with firepits, hot tub pool tables and ping pong. Lively scene on a Saturday night but no problem with noise from my room on the fourth floor. Overall a good value.

The property is overall beautiful. It's right on the Delta River. However the hot tub was not working and that was the whole reason I checked into this hotel so I was pretty disappointed.

Our soccer team booked this hotel solely for the use of the outside courtyard facility next to the water. However, there was a huge private event that had booked the courtyard, and we were not allowed to use of of its great features. Disappointing to say the least. On top of that, the event had horrible music blaring that could be heard everywhere in the hotel until 11:00pm. Really inconvenient. Very unprofessional. Very unrelaxing and unaccommodating. We should of all got a half price discount or atleast warned so we coulda stayed somewhere else. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone after that poor experience unfortunately.

Rooms were very nice. Staff and customer service was great. Only negatives: Towels were shredded and torn. The jacuzzi wasn’t even hot, really. My kids were freezing in the evening. We were here for 1 night for our sons soccer tournament and really looking forward to using the fire pits in the evening, but there was a private event going on. Loud music from the event did go on until a little after 11, though so it was a struggle to fall asleep.
