The Hotel Pulitzer Roma is advertised as a four-star hotel, meaning: of very high quality. In my opinion it does not uphold the standard of a four-star hotel. I will elaborate:
1) When I arrived, the AC was clearly not working. The staff did not mention this beforehand or during check-in. When I mentioned this, they said a pipe was broken so the AC was out of service in the whole building. They said they were sorry, but did not offer any compensation for the mishappening. So they failed to inform about the problem, and failed to amend it. I found the lack of service disturbing.
2) It is stated that the Hotel includes a training facility. Well, that is quite the hyperbole. It had a treadmill and maybe a bike in a small room, but that was basically it.
3) It was terribly noisy! I could hear people walk around in the corridor outside the room and talking, etc. Also, the traffic outside was intense.
4) I have stayed in several three- to four-star hotels. In my opinion, the interior, service, and furniture is befitting at best a three-star hotel.
What I do think was good with this hotel, was basically two things: 1) the price range was somewhat forable for being within subway-distance to city centre, and 2) the relative close proximity to city centre was appreciated.
Overall, it was OK but not great. I will not stay there again.

The staff/employees are wonderful, very helpful and responsive.
The rooms are clean, however the room we had needs an upgrade in the bathroom (Shower) and a "paint job" on the walls.
Our room was on the ground floor, next to the restaurant/kitchen, therefore noisy.
The location is roughly 15m-20m by taxi from City Center/Historical Rome.
This hotel is a standard 3.5 star.

Great option for early morning flight. Family room was perfect for our family of four (King and 2 twins). Very quiet, with good AC. No problem catching taxi to airport at 3am. Also liked that it’s right on the metro line.

The staff was amazing. Friendly, informative, and went the extra mile to make our trip special. I will forever remember and be grateful for our stay here.

clean rooms. Front desk is very helpful in giving information. check in and check out is very straightforward. Parked right on the street for free, no issues. Room service was great. Very close to the touristic area of Rome but away from the noisy crowd. Absolutely recommend this place.

Very good location for city break, The Metro station about 2 to 3 minute walk, there is few shops and Very nice , Coffe. Bus stop outside the hotel .

We couldn’t fault our trip. Our room was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The concierge was always happy to help and provided us with tourist map of Rome so it was easy to navigate. 4 min walk to the metro with trains every 10 min. 5 stops from Coliseum. Fantastic

Hotel was well located within a 5 minute or less walk to Marconi Metro station which got us into main attractions of Rome in 15 to 30 minutes depending on the attraction. Nice to have a mini market pretty much next door to buy sodas, chips, beer and other goodies.
Did not like that did not see any eating places close by but did not matter because we ate close to the attractions we visited.

It was a lovely place to stay and the staff were not only friendly but really kind and helpful.

The hotel and the room exceeded our expectations. We booked a room for three, and it has two proper beds (one king, one double) and plenty of space for all of us.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and being just three minutes walk from the metro station, it's easy to get into the heart of Rome.

We arrived at the hotel early and were very grateful to the hotel for letting us check in as soon as a room available.
The hotel is modern and convenient, with the subway station just a few minutes away. There is also fresh juice and coffee latte that I love for breakfast.

Nice and clean hotel. Large room for 4 persons (not wide choices in Rome), which is located on garden level. Overall is quiet during the day, but can hear water dripping sound in every early morning, which could be restroom facility or other restroom on top of the room. Close to metro, and one bus stop is just front of hotel entrance. Not many restaurants nearby. Hotel has breakfast buffet service (for a reasonable fee) which has great choices of food.

The surrounding area seems like undeveloped or being developed and sub-urban set. But the hotel itself is well built and clean.

Great hotel, it was comfortable and clean. A wise range of choice for the breakfast too. It would have been perfect if it was more towards the centre of Rome, but it's made up by being near a metro station which takes ~15/20 minutes to get to the centre.

The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing and worth the money. The area around the hotel was dirty and smelly. At nights, it didn’t seem safe to walk around that area either.

Clean rooms. Arrangement of rooms and change of towels every day, safe in the room, excellent buffet style breakfast, desk available 24 hours. Excellent location next to a metro station and a bus station, getting anywhere in the city is very simple using the metro, including getting to and from the airport

Actually a very nice hotel. It took a while to walk to some places so we ended up taking an Uber most of the time, so that added like $40 per day to the stay. Not many restaurants in the area.
