Basic. Everyday room cleaning service. Do not expect it to be super clean or new. Does not look as bright as photos.

Arrived at this hotel at night to some Arabic music, the room was too small meant for a single person, having 3 of us in the tiny room was claustrophobic literally walking over each other, the bath size was too tiny like 2’circle, the hotel location is good.

Bedroom was tiny, barely suitable for one person but was booked for three, otherwise this was an excellent place to explore Paris. Excellent staff.

Hotel was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very close to station and easy to travel into cities. Breakfast was okay. Receptionist was not rude but unwelcoming or cheerful at the time of check-in. Checkout receptionist was okay.

Workers were friendly and helpful. Clean bathroom and the Hotel was accessible to the metro. This made it good for moving our luggage. There is s shopping mall nearby that had a Carrefour (equivalent to Kmart or The Warehouse or Wallmart) inside which was handy. Heaps of food places around to have dinner. A 90euro hold was made in case we were to smoke, although it took 1 day to return to our credit card. I noticed that after day 1, we did not have a "clean room" hook on our door but our room was cleaned upon arrival. When we did want our room cleaned with the hook hung up, it was not cleaned upon arrival. There was also a day where we were lying in bed having a sleep in and a cleaner entered our room without the "clean room" hook on, so cleaners must just have a time they clean all the rooms as the signs are not being read from our experience. The sausages at breakfast were cold, hot plate may not have been turned on, but other than those details, everything was expected as per the description.

Basic amenities but great value for money

Great hotel and close to metro station. Easy to find, takes 25 min from CBD. Area is not overly charming but safe. McDonald’s and other small shops are there. We just used it to sleep. Great breakfast

Their small rooms are tiny. They also had bed bugs in one of the rooms. They can change the rooms and cheaper to book the triple room on site instead of online. You pay only a 20€ surcharge roughly.

They had bed bugs - the staff gave us another room but it seemed like this was common.

The hotel charged me 90 Euros as "deposit" on top of the price. They were supposed to reimburse it 48 hr after check out. I waited five days, and they did not reimburse me and there is no reason to keep the money. Another point, according to taxi drivers, this hotel is not located at Paris. Does not really change anything. Hotels.com or other booking companies should consider very seriously the fact that this hotel does not reimburse the deposit.

Inexpensive hotel, off the center, clean but small rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful but aren't professionals.

Price was right, nothing special, comfortable enough but that’s about it.

It was a cheap and simple option for a short stay in Paris. Check in was easy and everything was without issues

Not happy I returned there for the 3rd time was not impressed

I didn’t like the fact of them asking for a deposit when I already paid for the room and also I didn’t like the fact that I paid for a executive room and things was broken and there is mould growing in the shower

Our stay was not as we expected. Room was very small. Breakfast was cold not great. Customer services was average.

Good value for money although the bed was quite heard and the sheets were not of good quality.

Good overall, but no water jugg, cups, toothbrush. Very minimum Amenity. Can't even get hot drinkable water.

Very noisy. Both because of other guests (several groups of school trips) and because of traffic. The stairs were constantly dirty and made it unpleasant to go that way - we were staying on the 7th floor. The bed had only 2 pillows with no options to get any extra, nor any additional blanket. The bathroom had only two towels. No hand towel at all.

The staff and customer service was horrible and extremely mean when we arrived at the hotel. Staff didnt even speak english. Very long way to center with metro. Girls cant feel safe with the extremely rude staff. They will also ask for tax money and they changed the price when we arrived.

We love this place! Is close to the metro station, the supermarket is close, parking available, and super price

Nothing bad. Can hear noise easily from other rooms. Also some people who work in the hotel keep shouting and wake you up in the morning. Not a big issue though.

Very nice stay close to the metro station. Easy to find and can get to anywhere in Paris with a single t+ ticket. Room was clean and decent size. Wifi was working nicely.
