When it says no smoking apparently this only cigarettes and not other recreational items as you can smell it in my room since my room was connected to another. So just get ready to smell it all night

We were traveling thru and needed a place to stay. Was pleasantly surprised how nice and comfortable this room was. Beds were great, bathroom was clean and shower was hot!

I did not like this place. I walked in the lobby to see a seating area with the dirty carpet and furniture. I would not sit there. The rooms carpet was the same. I didn’t take my shoes off.

Booked online for a king suite and get there a it just a king bed. The front desk said sorry you booked it from hotel.com and not us so there nothing we can do. Very rude service

The property is in need of an update and cosmetic repairs. Everything was clean, bed was very firm.

The stay started well, and the staff were generally courteous and helpful. I was very upset that, after I checked out, the staff charged me for repair of an electrical short that I did not cause. I doubt if I will ever stay with Sleep Inns again.

Good value! Away from the main highways so it was quiet. Small room, which is fine for 2 people. Breakfast OK. Restaurants are 2-5 miles away, except for a couple of fast food places.

Facilities and room were great. The breakfast was not as great as expected. Several items were already out when we went down at 8:15.

The property was in a great location.Very close to the interstate. The property was very clean both on the outside and inside. The room was really clean, including the bathroom. The bedding was super comfortable.

The beds were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good but we had some other issues that impacted the overall rating. There were people loitering outside the hotel when we checked in and there were issues with cleanliness of the bathroom and the AC unit blew out air with a pungent odor.

The staff was great. The room and bed were comfortable. The room was kind of janky. Old caulking, stained carpets and stained tiles. There was mold above the shower

There was mold in the bathroom. Cleaning staff were hovering outside the door waiting for us to check out. Breakfast was very limited.

The check-in process was very easy, the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The property is very clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. The hotel is very nice, we didn’t realize that we stay here before as we looked around the area. Definitely would stay here again on trip back home.

Overall, my stay was 'okay'. Check-in was good and the lady at the front desk was very nice. It was super hot in the hallways and in our room. The unit was turned off. The room probably didn't cool completely until around 4am. We checked in around 8pm the previous night.

Quiet and clean property. Felt safe. Staff upgraded our room so I was pleasantly surprised by that. Close yo mall, dining and shopping areas. Would stay again.

The smell in the room was over powering. My son couldn’t handle it, sneezed for a hour and we decided to leave. Smelled like the cleaners sprayed 5 cans of air freshener in there.

Did not like the distinct food smell permeating the common areas of the 3rd floor. Indian perhaps? Not sure. Was there when I checked in and when I checked out. I enjoy good Indian food. I just don't want to smell it in my hotel.

Great overnight stay on longer trip. Conveniently located to I-85 and close to a lot of options for food. Room was clean and hotel seemed like it was well kept. Comfortable beds. Area of town seemed pretty nice. Breakfast was decent.

The front receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The lobby had an unpleasant smell but appeared clean. Needs some updating but it's okay.
