I enjoyed the hotel, but the staff made it a good stay! All staff I interacted with were super polite and easy to work with! They made everything quick and easy!

Checking in was quick and easy but the sink had bugs, bathroom had bugs and the tub/shower needs a deep clean

Overall, this motel was what we expected. Went for UW College Reunion, and it is a little farther from campus than where we stayed 13 years ago, but highway access easy, and drive to downtown 15-20 min. Room for two with double bed a bit tight. I travel with suitcase, guitar and some laptop extras in knapsack, so had to move items around bed, chair and desk area when accessing guitar or knapsack. Floor space for floor exercise, which I do daily only possible between sink and bathroom. Not downtown hotel style luxury, but price was very reasonable. Included breakfast offered more broad and ample selection than I have seen in similar located motels recently - dry/hot cereal, eggs, sausage, toast, waffle maker, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, apples. Staff very friendly, check-in, parking easy. There is a large mall nearby, but didn't go there. Restaurants nearby probably close kitchens at 10 pm.

I had a good stay. There is some noise in the hallways, including during the night, but it wasn’t bad. It’s definitely not a five star hotel but if you have low expectations, then this place worked out very well, or at least it did for me. Their breakfast is very basic, but it doesn’t include scrambled eggs and sausage and waffles.

Easy check in and parking. The room was stale and a little warm and smelly. The faucet was broken, and was the bathroom outlet. The tub/shower should be replaced. Nice and quiet location and building.

First, the bad: This place is not great. No elevator (makes sense as it used to be a motel, but I didn't know this when I booked). It is WAY overpriced ($225/ night when I stayed). No chain on the door or any other way to prevent it from being opened from the outside. I had to leave the bathroom door open all the way to block the room door from being opened. The tub had two complete dirty footprints in it. I ran to target for cheap shower shoes before showering. You can't enter the hotel with your room key after 10pm; you have to call a phone number posted in the vestibule & wait for someone to let you in. There are many cameras in all the public spaces that are broadcast behind the desk in the lobby for all to see. I'm sure this is a safety feature, but I found it odd. The first floor smelled pretty bad, but I was on the second floor & it smelled fine. Now the good: Bed was surprisingly comfortable. No bugs! Room was quiet. The fridge worked well & kept my drinks cold.

No frills, clean room, noisy surroundings. Free breakfast included; it was basic but nothing to object to specifically.

Great for families. The facility was clean and quiet.

Climate control was loud. Tub looked dirty; didn’t want to shower in it. Hotel is in disrepair and understaffed. I felt badly for the front desk person trying to do so many roles alone.

what we did not like was toilet seat was ready to fall off the stool and the stool was way to low. Not enough lights to brighten the room and only 1 chair. Breakfast was good.

You get what you get with this price. Don't have high expectations. Sheets were dirty and shower was gross. There was a weird alarm before we went to sleep. We didnt bother to go for breakfast but left as soon as possible. Without the gross shower it wouldve been average stay in the states.

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was not very comfortable for me.

Been here a few times. Pretty good for the excellent price.

Liked - location, very close to everything Disliked - room was sooo musty that we had to run the air despite cooler temperatures outside. The drain piece for the sink was broken so we had to remove it so water could drain and it was soo dirty as was the drain - both covered in human slime. Breakfast items were very limited.

It was a nice area and close to a lot of shops and the hospital.

not the cleanest, don't like seeing rat/mouse traps in the side door areas

The room itself was okay, aside from a rust ring around the tub drain, but the service was horrible and not very friendly, and the breakfast was sub-par, with horrible coffee (light brown water with sediment basically) and tasteless eggs.

Nice crew good breakfast hospitality everything so convenient to walk to as far as stores.

Great property

I like the bright white towels and sheet and added duvet for comfort. Nice hot water, cool a.c. Super close to mall and unique, diverse dining options. I even forgot my toothbrush but front desk gave me a new one. Check in desk staff was helpful and kind.

Update your showers for the love of god...the water was limited to very hot to hot...there was no cool option. Plus the lever used to change the flow of the water to the shower head was inconsistent and rarely worked. Dont know if its like that in every room but 203 shower was awful

Way over priced because of the graduation at U of W that weekend. $1900 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. Ridiculous!!! The breakfast was good but hot options were sausage, eggs, waffles. The hot menu the same every day. Fresh and good, nevertheless. The hotel had no elevator to second floor. Difficult for seniors. Very clean, quiet, and friendly staff.
