Hotel Prestige is absolutely beautiful! I arranged to be picked up with their van in Sorrento, and arrived to their beautiful hotel in the hills. I was warmly greeted by Gilda, whose customer service was truly outstanding. My room is absolutely beautiful, with a beautiful terrace. The pool is lovely, and the bartender is so friendly and makes fantastic drinks. What a gem of a hotel to have found!

The hotel is nice staff very friendly but towel we’re not changed and air conditioning kept going off… The fact that there is no parking in the streets they actually charge you parking fee in their own lot. Which they do not mention .. The pool area also very nice .. there is only 1 local restaurant which I would not recommend unless you want to lay. For the view

Hotel Prestige, high up on the mountains above Sorrento, is a gem! The staff is the most helpful and friendly anywhere and the free shuttle service down to Sorrento (only 20 minutes to city center) is invaluable. Incredible views and pleasant pool and bar area. They have a restaurant across the street that feels like a historic winery and chapel. Also the property looks down on the Amalfi coast side and they offer numerous excursions that are reasonably priced. I could go on! Grazie Mille!

If visiting Sorrento this hotel is a must. We booked in reviews and out expectations were exceeded! Lots of parking spaces and out of the business of Sorrento,
Fabulous rooms and pool with small pool side bar and snacks with magnificent views. We didn’t use
The main restaurant as caught the free shuttle bus into Sorrento.
The facilities are second to none with great breakfast.
The staff - I can’t praise enough…they are amazing and so friendly. The poolside barmen especially!
Felt sad to leave and will definitely return and highly recommend to family and friends

We loved everything about the hotel, but we have to emphasize the wonderful nature of the front desk staff. Gilda was incredibly friendly and helpful. She is perfectly suited for the job. Alessia and Thomas are wonderful as well. Together they make an amazing front desk staff. The best we had during our 5-week trip through Europe.

Loved the views from the pool area and balcony of the room. Located on top of the mountain so takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the main town.
It would be nice if the free shuttle service was hourly. If you want to go to town other than when the shuttle is scheduled, you have to pay 40 euros additional.
Only 1 restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. It was very good.

Overall a great stay at Hotel Prestige.
The staff were some of the very best we've ever encountered in Europe.
Rooms are a little chintzy but charming.
Only minor issues were the not so comfortable bed mattresses and flimsy pool beds with no pads.
Pizza Evening (Tuesdays) is great. Good parter restaurant 5 mins walk (almost opposite)
Good parking (5 Euros per day)
Shuttle bus to Sorrento is fabulous and is punctual and clean but need to book an hour in advance minimum.

Stunning views and wonderful staff. We loved the family run restaurant - very good food and an amazing location. The hotel was spotlessly clean.The only thing we didn’t like was the busy road in front of the hotel.

Hotel & Service is Excellent, however, i har to walk hundreds of stairs from the Port to the Hotel Pickup point due to the fact that their Shuttle is not allowed in the Port because the City protect the Taxi Business at the expense of convenience, especially older people like me, this IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, SHAME ONYO SORRENTO!!

Why sleep in a crowded city when you can sleep in the sky or 450m above sea level or Sorrento with a view that is breath taking. The free included hotel shuttle was only 20min to get to the city and this hotel gets you closer to Amalfi coast anyway. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was excellent and empty. We would go back for sure. Plus a great restaurant on site. Very relaxing.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was mediocre with limited choices. The view from the hotel was spectacular but as it is on a major road very busy and noisy. The hotel provided transportation to the city centre which was great.

Wonderful stay at hotel prestige, shuttle was an added bonus although would have been amazing if there was a couple more in the afternoon to not be as restricted although there is a bus stop opposite!
All The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly! Reception helping us arrange transfers and hair dresses! Couldn’t fault the customer service!

The hotel staff are amazingly helpful and they are extremely supportive, welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very clean and the room is cozy. The hotel is far from the city stores and restaurants and the limited shuttle runs to city central pushed us to rent a car to have the freedom of moving around. Parking is affordable “5-6 euros per night”. Swimming pool overlooks a spectacular scenery however it’s compacted in size. Breakfast is good but no hot meal service and the only meat served is pork “which is the norm in Italy”. It was a great stay and great experience!

The staff was excellent - welcoming, helpful and kind. The room was clean and the location was beautiful. It was nice having a shuttle to take us to and from Sorrento. It would have been nice to have a few more shuttles in the afternoon. Having access to a pool was nice as well. Wasn’t sure we would use it but we did. Overall it was a great stay!

This property is a big far from the center of Sorrento but they have a shuttle that takes you to the center and picks you up for free. The customer service was amazing! They helped me with all my questions and concerns.The food was also very delicious. Loved my stay here would totally stay here again and definitely recommend!

Staff & service was amazing. Shuttle could be more regular since the location is so remote. Also a little misleading in the description as we thought there was a gym nearby we could use but not the case, also laundry super expensive. Hotel is really nice & view is fantastic.
