All was fine except our room was near the elevator. I specifically asked for a quiet room away from elevators. At checkout, the reason given was I reserved it through Hotels.com and not directly through Hilton. This is the first time we’ve had this problem. I’d appreciate any help you can give, so the hotel corrects the issue. Elevator “ding” noise when it arrives on the floor and noisy guests talking loudly outside elevators are the issue.

Close to the Downtown and 81 exit. I didn't like that it was located in an industrial area with a lot of construction in back of the hotel.

I would’ve given this the most stars except we had an issue with the air conditioner. It froze up in the middle of the night and the room got a little stuffy and warm. It actually started working at about seven in the morning again. We would have gotten a new room but didn’t want to move at 1:30 in the morning. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

I couldn't close the shade and there was a light right outside the window. Not pleasant. The mattress didn't seem upgraded, the sheets had a weird smell, and there were stains all over the ceiling. I'll skip it next time.

This is my second time there. I like it for its location, especially being close to Cracker Barrel and other restaurants. Will probably stay there again.

The room was super clean and comfy, the staff was great, and the restaurant on site was fantastic!

This is a nice hotel. The room looked recently redecorated. New fixtures in the shower. The lobby looked new and clean as well. The only reason that I took points off of the score was that the room had a smell. The carpet looks like it should have been replaced years ago. This was surprising to me because everything else looked updated. My guess was that the old carpet and the fact that the hotel is pet friendly could be the cause of the smell in the room. I needed a clean safe place to get a good night’s sleep and get back on the road again. This place did that for me. The bed was comfortable and the shower was new with good pressure. I would give this place another try in the future. The smell could have been a one time thing.

First impressions were of the cleanliness and courteous staff. The room was quiet, clean, aromatic clean smell, and very comfortable. I stayed twice on this trip, one on each direction of my travel. The breakfast was a welcome difference from the typical buffet. Excellent in all respects.

This appears to be a pretty new place. Everything seems fresh. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We used the pool, which was clean and just a little chilly. We had dinner in the restaurant. The ambiance was sort of food courtish, but the food was very good. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay.

1. Front desk help is A (kind, helpful...best thing about the hotel). 2. Maid service: never saw them until we checked out and then they were outside our room waiting for us to leave... 3. Maid service: on our second day there, they must have come in for a few minutes because they did empty two of our trash cans and we did get ONE clean towel and a washcloth (we were in 2 adjoining rooms). They NEVER replaced our coffee pods/cream, cups; we had to ask the desk clerk every day for more. Beds were not touched in either room on any of the four days we were there. 4. Please consider partnering with a nicer brand of toiletries. The Dove cheap stuff (locked down in the shower and the bathroom, like it was valuable?) was either old or watered down and the lotion smelled like OFF Bug Spray. 5. We picked this hotel because there was a hotel bar and restaurant. With such limited hours (bar was closed on a Saturday night at 7:30 PM!) and only 2 hours for breakfast on weekday mornings (and margarine is grosssss! Get some butter!) There IS free coffee in the morning in the lobby and complimentary ice water! :) 6. Pool seemed nice.... 7. When we arrived various construction guys were hanging around the parking lot drinking, smoking pot, smoking, etc..trash was overflowing with beer bottles and we felt a little grossed out and unsafe. 8. Very clean...everywhere we went in the hotel!!! 9. Beds, sheets and pillows...very clean and comfy! 10. Precarious location on busy highway!
