The bathroom the floors and tub, white shows everything, It wasn't as clean as it could have been, a lamp didn't function properly and the dispenser in the shower was not secure on the wall.

Very clean throughout the entire hotel. Location was great. In the city but away from the high traffic areas. Would definitely stay again.

The room and Hotel were the best. Very clean, bed was so comfy, and quiet beyond belief. The staff was on top of there game, very personable and so kind, I will stay there next time!! Oh one more thing, breakfast was great, and the food area was spotless, first class!

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good and the coffee was great. The staff that we met were cordial and very helpful.

My first impression was very nice and clean. Had to wait for the front desk person twice and say hello loudly to get her attention from the back. She put both me and the couple behind me in the same room. Luckily this was found out as we both stopped in front of the same room. We went back down and she didn't seem to bothered even tho I checked in first let the other couple take the original room. This could have been really bad has we already checked in. She offered no compensation at all. Room was very nice though. Comfortable and clean.

The lady at the desk was exceptional, she was friendly, smiles, courteous, holiday inn is lucky to have her working for them, you don’t see that kind of person now days. A person that makes your day better with a smile and genuine great personality.

Traffic noise was disturbing, air conditioner in room was also noisy and the bed squeak with every turn. Several people who were not guests hung out at the front entrance with one frequently peering into the pool windows.

Getaway with my girlfriend to Chattanooga. Clean, comfortable room; really good hot and continental breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, great restaurants and sights. What really sets this hotel apart is the great service I always receive from the staff. They are friendly, responsive and professional. They are why this has become my “go to” hotel in Chattanooga.

Overall great stay! In a great location for exploring Chattanooga. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it was a great place to lay our heads. Provided breakfast was really good! Everything worked in our room and it was comfortable and clean. Our shower was on a constant drip but that didn’t bother us, I’m just worried about their water bill, lol. The only complaint I have was our room keys were apparently “programmed” for one night so every day we went to get into our room and were rejected, had to go down to the desk, and re-activate our keys. Minor inconvenience and no worries on our end but just some feedback for the staff! Thanks for everything!

The lady at check in was amazing! The beds were great. But the only issue was, my room 205 smelled as septic or sewage😔 It was a rough smell. But good other than that.

This was a great stay for a one night business trip. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

We had to change rooms as the toilet wouldn’t flush, and then it did, it ran forever. Maintenance said they were having issues with the toilets! The automatic doors at the entrance did not work; they had to be pried open. Not good at all.

Holiday Inn didn’t disappoint. The location was great to all activities. The pool was nice. It was wonderful having laundry available. Breakfast was good. The room was clean & comfortable.

Just Four Friends of 60 years from Glencoe, Al on a Girls’ Trip to see comedian, Leann Morgan (we all turned 65 this year!) Clarissa and others at the check-in desk were awesome!! They made our stay so fun! Megan did an excellent job cleaning our room. They all helped guide us on what to see and where to eat while we were there! Made great memories;)

Check in was very easy and quick. All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed very family friendly like a lot of people were stopping overnight on the way to somewhere else (exactly what we were doing). It was a nice inexpensive option to rest your head while traveling.

For the money, the front door is an automatic door that should be fixed. There was a sign to manually open and close that looks to have been there a while. And the ice machines didn’t work on our floor and there was plenty of room for more than one ice machine. And the breakfast area is apparently too small, and need some other drink options other than coffee or milk.

When I tried to check in yesterday, the front desk could not find my reservation. I showed her all emails from hotel.com but nothing was in their system. Luckily, the hotel had open rooms, so I had to book through them. Their rate was even lower than what I was offered from you.
