Every member of the staff we interacted with was genuinely very nice, lots of smiles. The overall facility was very clean and well cared for. The breakfast service offerings were about what you would expect, but the area was kept very clean and well stocked. If we had any complaint, it would have to be maintenance issues in the bathroom. The sink faucet assembly was loose and areas were showing signs of rust (see attached pictures). Nothing a few minutes of touch up couldn't correct. The bathroom smelled of soured mop when we first entered but it dissipated shortly. Still, a very enjoyable stay for a reasonable price.

This comfort inn like all the others was a great hotel to stay however the pool and the hottub were broke as of September 7th. I was told they would try to have it fixed in a couple of weeks. I was on the 4th floor and got a great view of interstate 75 and the lights and stuff. Also i saw a beautiful sunset. The rooms are nice they have a large Tv,mine had 1 king sized bed,a sofa,microwave, mini fridge,desk,bathroom,shower,soap etc. There was plenty of lighting with lots of lamps,a closet with a place to hang your clothes etc. They have a pretty good breakfast with sausages,eggs and other hot foods along with biscuits,cerials,juices and so much more. The lobby is nice looking and it has some cold ice lemon water which is free. There is also an elevator,washer,dryer and ice machine. The room i was in was clean and the bed comfortable. I recommed staying here. Its also very close to High Fall State Park. I cant add photos because that feature is broken. The link wont work. Nothing happens when i click on it.

Was very close to 75. Nice big room with 2 queen beds and a sofa. Very good breakfast buffet. I would stay again on way to Florida.

Pool was closed that is why we booked this hotel. We were in the middle if a trip stopped to stay and let kids swim but pool was closed.

Staff was extremely friendly. Nothing wrong there. My bathroom shower was very dirty. Had to go out and buy shower shoes. I almost never do that. The shower pressure was a trickle.

Conveniently located right off of I-75. Clean, comfortable and a great staff.

Amazing place, grrat family suite. Breakfast was mediocre but not the focus for us either so itbwasnt a factor.

There was a problem with my charges for my stay,two times I was charged twice.Prior magement presented to me she did not understand and slow to give explanation, therefore that lead to unresolved financial for me.

Property was dirty, almost like it wasn’t cleaned. The bathroom smelt awful, there was mold.

The bathroom was in dire need of an update. Paint was flaking . The lighting was insufficient and some lightbulbs needed replacing. Toilet tissue and facial tissue needed in bathroom. The beds were comfortable, that’s the positive.

The rooms were horrible. The hotel really needs to hire a maintenance person that can do the job. Nasty mold in different places all through hotel. Only redeeming quality was front desk clerks were nice. Our hotel room floor was wet, it bathrooms were awful, moldy, and we didn’t even shower because the tub held so much water. All toilets in the entire building would shut off. Kept running. Bad experience overall.

Our family stayed at this location. The room, bathroom, refrigerator, hallways, and elevator are run down and dirty. Run down is manageable, but dirty is not. The floors all needed a scrub and the corners were full of debris. The tub was dirty and the toilet seat had pee stains. I didn’t check the mattress because I didn’t want to know. The lobby was closed at check in and we had to check in at an adjacent property. The lobby was empty and poorly lit on arrival. Despite this, the breakfast was good and managed by an attentive staff member. This space was clean.

The 4th floor was very hot, the room Air didn’t work, our toilet didn’t work and it just ran and didn’t flush. We didn’t have any tissue when we checked in . I booked for 6 ppl and we only had two towels and rags. The paint is peeling off the walls badly, the sheets are dingy . The room is outdated.

Room was large. Enjoyed having a couch to relax on.

Property does daily improvement to make customers stay feel comfortable.

My confirmation said my total amount for the room was $159.10. When I checked out it was $182.97 for a room that was barely worth $120.00. Rooked again because I booked through Hotels.com. Never again! I'll never book through them again and hope many of you who read this post won't either.......but I doubt that it will get posted.

The facility was not up to expectations. No one at the desk at check in. The room was not clean, the ice bucket dirty, bathroom not really clean, cracked ceiling indicating leak in ceiling.

Waited about 30 minutes and a guest walked over to their sister hotel to let them know there were a few families waiting to be checked in. During this time, I walked all floors, and the building attempting to find an associate. Very unsafe. On the 3rd floor was a bag of trash that stunk outside a room, wet towels on the floor in the hallway as well. Finally checked in and went to the room. The bed had hairs on it and it appeared that there was mud on the bedspread. The toilet leaked as well. It was very dark in the room as several lamps had no lightbulbs. We ended up asking for a refund and left. Terrible customer service. The hotel does not match the description or the photos at all.

Hotel was in horrible condition. We left without staying the night

Horrible, horrible, horrible - the spa was closed, the pool was closed, check-in staff came over from adjacent hotel, lobby was filthy, their only ice maker was broken, we were told we could go to a nearby hotel to use their ice maker. Lobby snack bar was empty, drinks were almost empty, frozen foods were all gone and lobby had broken A/C housing stacked in corner along with broken gym equipment. Our room had not been vacuumed, the bathroom floor was covered in bathroom tissue, one set of sheets had been used and had hairs in the bed, food still in the trash cans. The room A/C was set low, but couldn't cool the room. Room door was covered i sticky fingerprints and smeared with white substance. And, yes, I have photos of these problems. I called Orbitz to change my reservation.

Property is run down. Several broken pieces of furniture, tile, etc. Paint needed to be touched up badly. Felt dirty. Breakfast was not well stocked.

I like the location and staff

Very outdated and the room was already occupied when we showed up, the staff was nice but the hot tub is broke, the phone didn’t work in the room, and they don’t give you enough pillows.

I cannot believe the experience that we had at this hotel. 30+ minutes to check in because no one was working the front desk or the desk at the sister hotel next door. No one answered the phones, but someone eventually showed up. Got to the room, 4 towels provided for 6 guests. Kids went to the pool, hot tub was closed. No towels for pool, had to use room towels. Asked for more twice, they had none all night. So not everyone could shower because we had no dry towels. Those that did shower, discovered that the shower leaks so bad that it spills out under the bathroom door into the room, which explains the extensive water damage. The whole bathroom smelled of mold. When the pullout couch was made into a bed, you couldn't walk past it to get to the bathroom, which is not only frustrating but likely a safety issue. The breakfast area was nice, decent variety but the food is what to be expected for a free breakfast. The hotel appears in decent shape at first glance, but is in desperate need of repairs.
