We needed a one night stay on a short road trip.This hotel was a great choice! Our check in was like my title says”Excellent”! The two young ladies at the desk were awesome! Friendly, helpful, just so sweet! Our room was nice and clean. My only complaint would be I think they need new beds. Our bed was so uncomfortable. Other than that it was a great stay!

The staff was EXTREMELY nice and very hospitable. Breakfast was a hit and parking was good. Cleanliness: my bed wasn’t clean. There was food when I pulled the sheet back. The bathroom had hair it.

Checking in around 7 p.m. no one was at the front desk. A person came around from the breakfast area. She was not overly friendly.
At breakfast the pancake maker didn’t work. A staff member finally got it to work. She was quite friendly.
The selection for breakfast was good.
There was a smell of sewer in the lobby area, very unpleasant. The TV didn’t work. Maybe the batteries were low? The “message” light was lit on the phone, but no message. The shower curtain was put in the wrong way we had to change it. Outside of the front entrance cigarette buds all over the place. It hadn’t been sweeped for some time. The pool was empty! Disappointing, since it was hot and we could not use the pool.

Giving this property an average rating due too, our toilet not flushing properly and also because we drove 2 hours and my daughter was so excited to get to swim once we got there just to get checked in and them tell us the pool is under construction.. She had talked about it the whole ride up. That should be on the websites.

This is an okay stay. We were in town for one night. The hotel isn’t bad but it will eventually need an upgrade/remodel. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and hot.
One thing I didn’t care for nor understand was the fact that we only had 2 washcloths in our bathroom. Spoke with the front desk and she stated that they only put 2 in the bathrooms. Ive never heard of that before.
Disclaimer: I took these pictures as we were checking out which is why the bed isn’t made. Again, this was an okay stay it just needs some upgrades.

It is a great hotel to do a quick stop feeling safe and clean with a good breakfast and employees that are helpful and knowledgeable.

The room had food crumbs on the floor, desk and chair. Three flies were enjoying the crumbs. The hotel elevator and pool were out of service.
Jon at the front desk was friendly and apologized for the issues. He offered me another room but instead I cleaned up the room. I commend Jon because he was dealing with many frustrated guests.
The owners of this property need to improve their housekeeping and maintenance.

Everything was fine except the shower door was completely stuck. I don’t understand how the cleaning crew would not report that to be fixed.

The nfront desk was unfriendly. The exercise room had broken equipment. The pool was filled with disgusting, green water and patio furniture.

I am not impressed at all with the room. I paid double the price and the 2nd floor smell like feet. The bathroom is run down and i feel like i could fall through the floor. The pool is shut down and im not happy.

The hotel itself is nice and the staff very friendly and welcoming. However our room was on the dirty side when we arrived. Toothpicks and dirty q-tips on the floor.

Our stay was short but enjoyable for all the reasons above. Check in and Check out was easy. The complimentary breakfast was good.

We arrived during a storm and tornado alert which had knocked out power in the area. The staff handled the situation very well. In short order power was restored. Good Job!

This is my usual over night stop when traveling from TN to visit family in Austin. Always a great stay, clean rooms, friendly service. I travel with my 2 small dogs and there is plenty of yard space to walk them. Close to restaurants and never had a problem with noise.

Location feels safe, staff was very friendly. Breakfast bar… no matter where I go the food at free hotel buffet is about the same. Kind of just ok. But hey, it’s free. Beds and pillows are comfy. Towels… they give you plenty, but did not change them out… even the ones on the floor. No tidying up between days. Towels could be softer… kind of stiff. Some seats in dining area need to be recovered as they are peeling.
