Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast. Only critiques -there was no shower curtain liner in the shower so the floor got very wet when we took a shower. Also the toilet was very very low, anyone older or with back issues may have some difficulty using the facilities. I did not see a specific place to recycle, so would not consider this hotel especially eco-friendly. Overall an excellent hotel for an excellent price.

I appreciate that this hotel had availability when all others nearby were fully booked, and I’m grateful for that. However, the experience left a bit to be desired. Despite being a non-smoking hotel (with numerous signs warning about charges for smoking), the hallways reeked of smoke as if it was happening in every room. When I entered my room, I found someone’s hat, leftover food, and a cigarette, which made me question the cleanliness. The sheets also had suspicious brown spots, which was concerning. While I’m thankful for the last-minute accommodation, the cleanliness and upkeep definitely need improvement.

Arrived on check in day approximately 4 hours before check in. I didn’t expect a room to be ready but I noticed only 2 other vehicles in the large parking lot. The front desk employee was extremely rude and told me under no circumstances could I check in before 3pm. I asked if I could use the pool before the 3pm check in and she told me I wasn’t allowed to use the pool either. There was no one in the pool as I viewed from the lobby. Room was fine but the employee was extremely rude.

nicks in paint, wall plates missing from electrical outlets, towel hook missing from door, toilet malfunctioning, only 1/2 of shower head was functional. When I mentioned it to an employee at checkout she said to tell the maintenance man outside. Nah not my job to give your employee work.

Our stay was good. Had no problems, no complaints. Check-in was a breeze. The room was fine, spacious for 2 adults and a 13yr old. It was nice and quiet in the room. There is a Food Lion grocery store right next door and Walmart around the corner. Husband didn't have any complaints with breakfast, same stuff they have at every other hotel. Would stay here again if we came to town.

The Hotel was very nice, clean for the most part and some of the staff was very kind. When I asked about a Military Discount the Staff was receptive but could not answer whether they gave a discount or not. Still waiting for an answer. Beside that it is a very nice place and I love the hot breakfast.

The room was 74 degrees and I was miserable. The night mgr. brought us a fan at 11pm and comped the room which was greatly appreciated. The hallways in the hotel were also extremely hot, as was the pool area.

I have stayed here for 5 years when I visit my daughter. The hotel has not been updated and is not clean. The staff at front desk is untrained. Last two times keys to room didn’t work and this last time the first room I was given was dirty and no thermostat control. Time before water stains on ceiling and keys don’t work. If you need extra towels , you have to go ask at front desk.
