We enjoyed our experience with this hotel! The bathroom could have been bigger with better ventilation. The pool area and hot tub could have been updated but overall excellent experience!

I really liked the hotel. The breakfast was pretty standard but the staff was very polite and the room was comfortable. I'd have preferred the sink to be inside the bathroom and for a door to separate the bedroom from the lounge area but otherwise no complaints. We used this as a home base to visit Cooperstown, the Diamond Mines and of course, Saratoga Battlefield.

We were very comfortable. It was a very spacious room with the 2beds and sitting area. We also ate at the bar/ kitchen downstairs. It was very good.

The staff was amazingly friendly. The room was crazy and clean. This was first time taking our dog to a hotel and it was a great experience. Didn’t care too much for the breakfast l, but hey it was included. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great property, close to many activities. With an excellent breakfast and staff. Also, the option for evening appetizers and light meals, with many beverage choices.
We enjoyed our stay.

We didn’t get out room cleaned. When we returned we asked why. The night staff said you had to request a room cleaning. I said we weren’t told that when we checked in. We had to request extra towels n tissues n toil paper. The day staff said that they should have cleaned the room. We had the clean later sign on till 11:00 they said that may have been why.

Decent hotel for location close to Saratoga performing arts center. It's about a 10min drive. Not a four star but decent enough. Huge rooms. Bad in room coffee like most. Free breakfast is quite decent and the dining are is nice. Room was huge,bed comfortable and shower good. I noticed small things like stain in carpet, tear in wallpaper. minor . Overall a more reasonable place than right in Saratoga. A good option.

The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because of the bathroom situation. I have 3 kids and having a sink in the main area was pretty bad. But overall great stay.

This is a fine hotel with a good breakfast buffet. Staff and service are the best part. The building is fine. The location is convenient to highways and 15 minutes from the Saratoga racetrack by car.

Room's didn't have the horse racing network been coming up to Saratoga for 50 yrs and that's the first time there wasn't a racing channel in the rooms Also there wasn't a pad of paper or pen to write with. That also is a first. A bit dissatisfied to say the least

Check-in was great. Breakfast was great. Our room had no body wash. The lock in the shower was open, so I assume they meant to fill and forgot. The shower although powerful and hot, had water spraying out of the bottom while the shower was working. I tried pushing and pulling the handle to no avail. Not a big deal. Rooms were big and clean and the food was great!

My first time at a Hyatt Place and it did not disappoint. Reasonably priced for the area. Clean, spacious room designed with multiple travelers in mind. Excellent breakfast each morning with many yummy choices other than the standard cereal and pastries. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. There were stains all over the carpet and couch. The sink was cracked. Not well cleaned. Staff was friendly. Hotel is in a convienent spot.

The included breakfast was simple and worthwhile. The rooms need to have better attention to detail when cleaned, you can tell it’s merely a quick wipe down.

The property is close to shopping, dining, and about a 13 minute drive to the State Park and SPAC for concerts. The hotel is nice and clean but small. I would stay again for a concert, but be aware of the price gouging.

This hotel was very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. The service was excellwnt and breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub as well.

Overall room was good clean and comfortable. Only issue was that there was no microwave in the room. Also on website it was written that free child bed will be provided but they did not. Positive was that room was big enough for 6 people with 2 Queen beds and one sofa bed. Breakfast was complimentary but end time was 9:30 which we could not avail. Overall experience was really very good

Not a bad stay. Door knobs lift up to open the door not down. Bedding had stains. But otherwise felt clean.

Great room and clean and spacious.cons.. I stayed 4 nights and after 2nd night they took the soap I had and replaced with a new one.. odd and wasteful. There was no recycling at all so had to take it with me. Key stopped working on 3rd day. There was no way to open window and get fresh air.
