Noisy area. We stayed here only for one night to extend our stay in Strasbourg. The apartment section of the hotel was separated from the main building. Located just around the corner from the main tram station. Doorway access area was always blocked by homeless asking for money or drunken locals drinking, fighting and shouting even past out check out at 5am.

Stayed in corner room, really spacious, cozy, clean and comfortable.
with windows open could be a bit noisy during the day as the TRAM passes next to the building. At night with window closed we had no issues. Slept really well. The hotel is well located and the staff was really friendly.

This what a cute boutique hotel, friendly and helpful staff. My only issue was the train station, right behind the hotel. The trains ran all night!

Our room was very nice. The bedding was good and the room decor was modern with clean lines. It was on a busy street but we didn’t really notice any noise. There are not any amenities to speak off, which was fine for us, but may not be right for others. Convenient location.

Hard to find hotel, harder to find parking. A/C will only cool to set temp 22c according to desk clerk due to “government conservation and environment rules”. Moldy shower , tv would not turn off. Floor shakes like 1.2 Richter scale earthquake every minute or two. Breakfast is expensive and weak. Near a major tram stop (day and night noise) and street market (day time noise). Two person elevator, super small room.

Well located, decent hotel, but i was on the 5th floor and the floor bounced whenever a tram went by, that is until 2 am and after 5 am

Good location, but some noice during the night. Clean apartment on the other side of the tram than the rest of the hotel, which was OK and we had a lot of space. Breakfast was good.

Everything was great, really liked the location so close to the cathedral and La Petite France! Room was small but modern and comfortable and we really appreciated the a/c!!!

The hotel was small - VERY small elevator, very small room & bathroom. It was clean except for the pillows. There were oil/dirt spots on one of the sleeping pillows, and something disgusting on the throw pillows on the bed. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We were in the Framboise room, and it was painted raspberry. Very charming. I loved the sunny and cheerful breakfast room, and the food was good. Parking was underground just across the street, and the area was charming.

Good location for Strasbourg. Room wasnt huge but fine for me as I wasnt in it that much. Room cleaned each day. Bed comfortable. View wasnt the best of some rooftops but being at the back it was probably quieter.

This is a great spot to stay in Strasbourg. It is in Kléber square and everything is walkable from the hotel. You can even walk there from the train station. Staff was very friendly and rooms had everything you need. There is a no optic with a grocery store close by for snacks or amenities

This is a nifty contemporary hotel. Each room is unique, pretty and spruce. Be aware that there is a certain amount of tram noise and other street racket.

Rooms were extremely cold. My wife got sick. When she woke up, she was coughing and lost her voice. It was the first stop of our vacation and it ruined the rest of it too...

It was great stay. The hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of the tourist attraction sites, which was very important for me.

This property is in need of a very through cleaning and necessary renovations. Honestly, it was the only unpleasant part of my visit. I am 5’10” and 140 lbs so I am tall and thin… I could not easily clean myself in the shower. It was difficult to raise my arms to wash my hair. The plastic shower curtain would cling to my body and if I tried to raise my arm while showering, I would hit the faucet thus either burning or freezing myself.the price I paid for this room should have provided a far better quality of room.

The location of the hotel is superb. The heart of Stasbourg can be reached in short walk and the important hub of trams is within 30 seconds walking distance. The Christmas Market will be right in front of the hotel if visiting there in December. The location is the only good point of value of money if staying here during Christmas market period. I was there in late January with a special discount rate under EUR 50, so I have nothing to complain, owing to the super convenient location. The room is too dark and furniture is outdated. To keep the room light dim is quite smart because it makes those old, unclean furniture, carpet, wall and corners not so directly visible. Hot water in 5th floor came slowly, but it is very hot for good shower. Very good for a short stay for one person. The clerk communicating in English in the reception is very friendly.

Perfect location, 10-15 minutes' walk to most attractions or the central train station.
Depending on your allocated room, it might be facing the Place Kléber Christmas market, or a busy tram stop.
My room on the top floor (5th floor) has slanted ceiling, together with the already small room, makes it feel even more cramped. There is hardly any space to move around, other than to sit on the bed.
