Enjoyed our stay, loved the breakfast at the beach restaurant (right on the beach). Food was really great. Service excellent. Enjoyed our jacuzzi on the patio. Walk out of the resort & shops are on your doorstep. We had all inclusive & would definitely recommend. Paradise. Did not want to leave.

We came to Isla for a wedding. Not sure why folks rag on this hotel. It was perfect. It's not flashy- but valuewise. Well worth it.

Some and most staff were rude and unwelcoming unlike my first initial stay, not helpful or willing. Things have definitely changed since my first stay, will definitely visit the island again just not stay at this particular resort.

PA is a great place because of its updated buildings and GREAT food. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. This place is an upscale type of Bed and Breakfast but we did the All Inclusive and did not regret it. Our goal was to enjoy the resort and just relax since it was our Anniversary and 1st trip to Isla Mujeres.

We were very impressed with Privilege after staying at other AI resorts. The food was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the place was clean and updated. It was just the right size , more of a boutique hotel which we loved. It was also walkable to the ferry and downtown. We will definitely be back!

This was my 3rd time visiting Isla and my 1st at Privilege. The service was really great. It was clean and I never had to worry about a place to sit by the pool or the beach. The location is perfect. Everything you need or want is so close. Loved the pools. I don’t think I would ever stay anywhere else if I visit again. Our room faced the pool and we had a partial ocean view. It was so perfect!!

We stayed 4 nights with friends and had an absolute blast. It was clean and we felt safe. The staff was fantastic and attentive. We tried all the restaurants and were not disappointed at any of them. We will be back.

Not bad b/c of location. We did noy do all inclusive but heard food was good. Beach & cabanas were great . Staff were hit and miss. Some not very friendly. Too damn hot, so don’t go during July. A/c in room was fine but the breakfast place was not cool. Overall more positives than negatives. Plus was it was 1 block from Hidalgo,

The jets for the jacuzzi inside the premium suite didn’t work very well and also this resort is adults only resort but the beach for the resort is open to all public and people bring their children and put up tents in front of the cabana beds for the resort and kids running around on the beach and in the ocean directly in front of the hotel area and they don’t and can’t do anything about it!!!

Loved that our room was nice and cool to return to...hot hot hot in Isla. Cleaned and bed made daily, fridge was restocked also. Did not enjoy, what seemed to be some type of bird deterrent as it was loud. In addition there seemed to be some alarm that went off citywide daily at 6 am. People were constantly working on the grounds daily to ensure the well kept look. This is a really pretty resort, we would stay here again in addition to recommending to friends and family. Every employee/team member we met was very kind and happy to help us.
However,in our room was some type of little bug. I only saw them on the desk, tv counter. Not sure what they were.

Rooms were really nice and AC worked excellently. Everything at the resort closes down early and you have to go out into town for nightlife. Was pretty dead but luckily we went with a big group and made the best out of it.

SHOUT OUT TO MISIAL AND HIS BROTHER SAMUEL. One guy runs the pool area and Misial runs the beach bar. YOU WONT GET BETTER SERVICE ANYWHERE. Absolutely the best guys.

Smaller resort. Great beach and food was excellent. Only a few minutes walk from the ferry station.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel was very clean and spacious. Restaurants were great. Don’t think they had top shelf for cocktails but still cocktails were good. I would definitely go back!
