We had a room which was not cheapest one and we got a room with a view to some sort middle of the building and roof windows after the windows from our room. If you want to see a hallway where other peoples rooms are this is fine, we did not like it. Theres no minibar or anything to keep your welcome water cool. At least there was clean and everything was good beyond these.

The front desk clerk was great….. once he arrived. No one in lobby on our arrival. And no employee could be found. Unable to check in until front desk clerk arrived to start his shift. The place is very worn out and needs repairs, painting, carpet replacement and general upkeep. Would not recommend this place.

Very friendly staff. Good room with comfy bed. Big spacey room with a large bathroom. They let us keep the luggage while we explored the town and waited for the train.

Great location. Room in rear of hotel room was quiet. Parking underground hotel with elevator to the room. Very large well kept room. Great WiFi signal. Elevator. Great breakfast. The two front desk check-in personal, could have been a little more friendly and inviting. Check-in process took a real long time. Large rather newish bathroom. Juliette at the front desk was excellent. Helped us with many things. The hotel breakfast was robust and tasty. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice place.

Central location to everything and had fantastic breakfast! Love the building. Comfortable stay overall but the interior, like carpets, really were stained and needed replacing. Also, the desk was not available when we tried to check in, so we had nowhere to put our bags while we walked around town.

The rooms were great, the hotel was located close to a lot of shopping and dining options and the staff was quite friendly. The only bad part was that the hallway stunk like cigarette smoke. As soon as you left your room, it hit you like a wall. Otherwise, great hotel and great breakfast!

Convenient location

I liked the fact that it was handy, functional and friendly. I also liked the price. Car parking is provided for 10 Euro per day but is not so easy to find first time in. Breakfast was pretty good. The bar downstairs is operated by a separate person. He only accepts cash - no possibility to put on room. The bar serves light snacks which I found to be good - chicken wings and a flamkuchen on different nights. It was showing football:) . Location is very central but I didn't find it noisy. I quite enjoyed my 3 day stay.

A lovely historic hotel. Not your usual chain. Very pleasant. Breakfast area especially atmospheric. Well located between the train station and the old centre.

It is an historical building with appropriate decor and just the right amount of shabby chic. Our room was a rustic decor, quite roomy and toasty warm. There were plenty of electrical outlets for or electronics. The staff was very accommodating from recommending good restaurants in the area to calling taxis for us. We made a trip into Liechtenstein and the cab the staff called for us was perfect. We will definitely stay there again.

The staff was very helpful when we had a bit of difficulty getting our 6’4 son on a 5’10 futon and they brought us a roll away bed..

This well-appointed, historic hotel is a conveniently located 7-minute walk from the train station, and across the street from the medieval section of Feldkirch. The fantastic breakfast buffet includes local meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, and yogurt, with juice and coffee. While the hotel restaurant no longer serves lunch or dinner, the associated Bärenkeller Wein & Loungebar in the basement serves a handful of light, sharable snacks (the Flammkuchen--thin, crispy crust with a variety of toppings--were excellent) after 5pm. Also in the basement is a spa area with changing rooms, showers, and dry- and steam saunas. We really enjoyed this hotel for its friendly staff, amenities, and location.

The whole lobby and many hallways smelled like smoke all the time. Wifi did not work inside my room, had to sit in the smoky hallway.

The hotel was built a long time ago so it has a rustic feel but the rooms have been renovated. The breakfast is excellent. The Location is ideal very close to the old town and near to the train station. The hotel has a sauna and a 3 equipment gym... on the whole its a good place to be based to visit the old town, vaduz and other cities like Bregenz
