Receptionist on our arrival and last night of our stay, was excellent, and so was the night manager, both friendly and helpful. The young lady in the restaurant, for breakfast, and lunch, was very pleasant and helpful, she always went out of her way to help us. If I was to come back to this area, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and very much enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast is excellent and I will miss the delicious olive oil lemon cake. Everything is perfect except they could improve their wifi service.

I booked a deluxe room which was perfect! The shower was huge. Very comfortable bed. The air conditioning was very efficient and quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of choice.

Charming hotel in a great location

Lovely hotel in a great location close to the spas and the park. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and nice.

The Grand Hotel F & Q is very convenient to the central area. A very easy walk. The property itself is very much loved & cared for. The staff is wonderful. Our Gate 1 Coordinator is very knowledgeable with a warm personality. Looking forward to a great trip.

This was our second visit. I can't say enough about this lovely hotel. The room, service, food and overall hotel experience was charming and very personal. The staff, and even the owner, take the time to chat and make sure that you feel like you are visiting a friend rather than an impersonal hotel. The location, and amenities were great. The staff in particular front desk and bar were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 days while visiting Florence. The train stations a 5 min walk, and the train take under an hour to deliver you right in the centre of Florence. The costs ( 6Euro) was well worth the lack of stress in driving and parking fees. We used the 50 min train ride to plan our route and research which attractions to see each day. We also spent a day just relaxing at the hotel pool, which is gorgeous. Montecatini is just busy enough to give you a sense of being on vacation without the elbow to elbow experience of Florence.

Good bed, nice bathroom, service staff eager to please and located in a nice old-fashioned spa town.

Our first visit to Francia & Quirinale was for our Silver Wedding celebration in 2003 and we had such a great time that we have celebrated every wedding anniversary since then with them. This year was our Ruby Wedding anniversary and we were there again but this time with our family. The hotel staff made such a fuss and accommodated our every request, including opening the restaurant up for early breakfast when the younger members of our family went to the Park Run in Lucca. Thank you for a wonderful experience and see you again next year.

Great place to do some relaxing. Great reception, great pool, great room, clean and centrally located, food average.

Only stayed for 1 night and the reviews had been very good so went for it. The Classic room we were allocated 101 was tiny and the ensuite wasn’t big enough to pick up a cat let alone swing one. The toiletries were very poor for a 4 star grade. Tiny bars of soap and a refillable bottle of shower gel/shampoo in the shower.

Very friendly and helpful staff that made you feel very welcome. Room and hotel in general was very clean including the pool area. Good location being a 10 min walk to centre with several restaurants close by. Only downside was no kettle in room but that would not put me off returning to this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made such a fuss of my 11mth old son it was lovely. Unfortunately the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. I was also disappointed with the room in that it was quite small, the balcony doors didnt close properly so we had a lot of road noise and the shower leaked and the plug did not drain properly. We also had a leak from the air conditioning twice. It didnt ruin our stay but felt a little disappointed considering its a 4* property. Location was excellent for where we wanted to be.

Very convenient location to train and shops. Our room was spacious and the king bed was comfy! We slept like babies. Staff was very helpful. Roberto at the bar was very nice. Breakfast staff too. Would stay here again for sure.

Great hotel and location, would go back time and time again

This hotel was recommended to us by a friend and it exceeded our expectations when we arrived. The staff were very friendly from the reception staff down to the cleaners and couldn't do more to help you. Our double room was huge with an extra room attached which was big enough for another person to stay but it could also be used for late night reading, watching tv or as an extra sleeping space. The bathroom was ideal with a large shower cubicle and was always cleaned to a high standard and the breakfast downstairs in the morning was more than enough to keep you satisfied until tea-time or even your evening meal. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough :)

Great welcome from staff who continued to be helpful throughout our stay. Hotel is situated close to everything you need in Montacatini with nice walks in nearby park or a trip up to Montacatini Alto. Easy train access to Florence, Pisa and Lucca. Lovely public areas in hotel, sit and relax, dining or bar. Bit of noise from nearby building. Great stay overall
