Amazing hotel, very comfortable bedding and pillows. Overall everything was wonderful. If I had to say something negative, it would be that the roof top bar was closed and I wish that was mentioned prior to booking!

The hotel was welcoming on first sight and we were quickly assisted by staff for car parking, staff were all very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful and efficient- the room and hotel interior were beautiful and breakfast was amazing, the best scrambled eggs ever! We had an amazing couple of hours in the bar, Giulio was such a responsive bar tender, engaging, funny, great conversation and mostly - made some of the best cocktails we have tasted! Alessandro was a great person to have around too - they both made us feel so welcome - despite some questionable football team choices 😂 we will definitely be returning!

Superb hotel, designed in an old style luxury. The things that made this hotel so good for us were the staff and the breakfast. We spent an hour and a half each morning over the most beautiful breakfast. Whilst this was magnificent, the staff were even better. They could not have been more helpful, welcoming and friendly. We absolutely loved this hotel. Our favourite hotel in Rome up until now was the Waldorf Astoria, but whilst smaller, this is better.

The staff was incredibly accommodating during our stay. It is our first time in Rome and the bar has been set high with Hotel Locarno. The rooms were very clean, breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Also, very walkable to most major destinations in the area.

Excellent location. Staff lacking old school traditional hotel hospitality culture. Hotel focused on visitors coming to hotel bar and patio, that generate a little bit of avoidable noise. The Expedia VIP 85 euro voucher was apparently converted into a 36 euro amount to be used on final food and beverages bill. When at bar, I requested a room service club sandwich to be taken to room, but nobody offered to bring tray to the quarters, which I ended up doing myself (and no napkins!). The best: silent air con in room and delicious breakfast, albeit very little explanation of what the offers on menu consisted of. The hotel, that is a gem, must request a dress code. Sloppy underdressed guests and visitors do not honour the exquisite venue. If these issues are not addressed adequately, the whole charm of the experience will become a mediocre ordeal.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were very clean and kept up. It is walking distance to all of the main attractions. Felt very safe and was a nice quiet retreat from the bustle of the City. Would definitely come back.

The people at the hotel are amazing and Very Helpful. We have stayed twice at this hotel and we would return again. We loved our breakfast every morning and the Concierge is amazing to find tickets for music and opera.🌹🌹🌹

Romantic and unique

Despite only being a 20 year old kid alone in Rome for 1 night they still managed to treat me like a king without hesitation. Room was very clean and the staff made it very clear what I get with my stay. Nice area and very friendly all around.

Hyggeligt hotel i en velholdt chamerende 1920 stil. Hotellet ligger meget centralt tæt ved Piazza del Popolo, med et godt udgangspunkt for gåafstand til det hele. Hotellet byder på en hyggelig tagterrasse, som vi desvære ikke kunne nyde pga. vejret. Meget servicemindet personale. Morgenmaden bliver serveret og er meget lækker. Cozy hotel in a well-maintained, charming 1920s style. The hotel is very centrally located close to Piazza del Popolo, with a good starting point for walking distance to everything. The hotel offers a cozy roof terrace, which unfortunately we could not enjoy due to the weather. Very service minded staff. Breakfast is served and is very delicious.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly, professional and over the top with providing excellent service. Lovely courtyard. Wonderful menu breakfast. Beautiful rooms..location is basically walking distance to everything. A 5star oasis.

Excellent and attentive staff

Nice hotel in heart of Rome. Very history building, about 100 years old. Classic style room. Updated and cleaned. Breakfast is delicious and a la carte. Staffs are nice and attentive. Only complaint is bathroom with small bathtub and curtain is not capable to prevent water spillage. Will be perfect if this hotel offers walk in shower.

The facility was exceptional, and the staffs were so accommodating. Chiara and Chand brighten our days at breakfast with their service. Wonderful experience!!

A+ staff. Very gracious and welcoming. Boutique hotel with all conveniences…complimentary use of bikes, really nice restaurant (especially for breakfast!), comfortable and clean classic Italian room and a well equipped fitness center. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Great service, great location, amazing feel and history to the hotel. Breakfast was great with lots of options and kind and attentive service. Every morning on our week stay we were asked how we were doing, greeted kindly and helped when needed assistance promptly. The car service to the airport was on time and very helpful. The rooms were very quiet for being in the city and our toddler was able to sleep peacefully every night! They were very kind to her as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
