The staff was more than welcoming and helped us with our dinner reservation - they were lovely

Good short stay at the BW Premier Milano House Palace within short walking distance maybe 5-6 mins to both the train station and Museo Enzo Ferrari. It’s a farther walk to the main Piazza Grande, maybe twice as long but still walkable - follow the street with the umbrellas to the right of Palazzo Ducale towards the tower. Upgraded to a good size room with King bed. Clean and with a reasonable size bathroom with walk in shower.

Positives: Very well placed Hotel, walkable distance from railway station, restaurants and city centre. You can even walk to Enzo Ferrari museum. The hotel is clean, well maintained, bed is comfortable, bathroom is good size, good shower. Staff are brilliant, taxi booked through hotel arrives in less than 5 mins
Negatives: Gym is not fit for purpose, not maintained and its the size of the bathroom.
SPA facility is opened on demand for extra cost and not a regular running facility.

It’s a very nice hotel, and located within a short walk to the historical center of the town. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. On the negative side: our room had a small window on a side of the room and hence the room was dark. The shower was small. Both of these negatives were tolerable and compensated by the cleanliness and the rest.

Igor at the front desk was special. Friendly and efficient. Great location. Restaurant next door was the greatest bargain of our 2 week trip. Room was expensive and lacked much of a view but other than that it was great.

Excellent service, clean rooms and very helpful staff. Fabrizio from the front desk kept a bunch of stuff we forgot in the safe (including money and jewerly) until we come back to get it from another city and on top of that he didn’t accept any money in return!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Cons: Room was a small side but very functional so I was hoping an upgrade as a gold member, but didn’t happen

This is the second time I've stayed at Best Western Premier Milano Palace Hotel. It is so clean, beautiful, and the staff is quite nice.
It is short walk to the local square and then you're connected to all the shops and restaurants.
The rooms are very clean, super comfortable beds, the tub is oddly highly, so if this is an issue for you, you should let them know...lastly the breakfast is fantastic. I wish I had an espresso right now.

nice hotel in good location. friendly and helpful staffs. room (classic king bed) was bit small - but was alright for a night. good breakfast. valet parking was bit expensive but useful.

Really nice new hotel with friendly helpful service. The bar service was limited, but they did make a very good Campari Spritz. One downside is the shower. It has an awkward wand that is hard to adjust to spray in a comfortable way in the tub. A real shower head would have been nice.

We made a great choice. The hotel design and amenities are meeting our taste and comfort. The old city is next door and we love being in Modena, The cathedral and tower were amazing and we enjoyed walking to the Ferrari Museum.
