Room smelled like a dead corpse was under the bed. 2 inch cockroach found in the bathroom. Staff not present between 9pm to 10am. Pool unsanitary. Doors did not shut properly/securely.

There was 6 cockroaches in my room. The floors were really dirty. The bed sheets looked used. The room looked way worse than the pictures on expedia. Beware!

It is an inexpensive place to stay while in town. I was surprised with the flooring and full sized fridge. It was a very spacious room. The only thing that brought the stay down was the dingy, maybe dirty linens. Both beds had stains on the sheets and all of the towels had stains.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the scariest “motel” I’ve ever seen. It should be a homeless shelter, not somewhere people pay to stay. We took one look saw how unsafe it was (the deadbolt did not work, there was a homeless man in front of our door when we first walked up, who later moved to the end of the row) and we left and booked another property. The condition of the room was awful, run down, black spots on the floor, painters tape in the fridge and the room smelt like it had been smoked in for 30 years. There was also only one tiny window in the bathroom. DO NOT STAY HERE. They also refused to return ANY amount to us, even though we did not stay for more than 5 mins. The staff and owner argued with us about every point of concern we brought up. The photos are VERY misleading.

Didn't realize it was in a bad part of town it was dirty it was gross there was roaches there was probably bed bugs if I would have looked I was scared to sleep on the bed it was just gross all the way around I didn't realize that I picked the wrong motel

Excellent customer service

Overall great, ive stayed in a good amount of motels and this is by far the cleanest, i have yet to see any cockroaches or anything like that. The towels could be washed again but overall def. My top choice. Theres laundry onsite which is super convenient.The pool was even redone and looks so inviting . My 2 night stay has turned into a month plus. As long as you register any new guests w the office, smoke outside and respect the night time quiet hours you wont have any issues.

Extremely disappointing!!! Sink was falling out of the wall.... Dirt everywhere. The "living room" table was so damaged that it rocks back and forth to the extent that it was impossible to even put anything on it without it completely toppling over. The bathroom door was completely ripped off the hinges and was set precarious aside with open nails that were at least 4 inches long exposed on the side of the door frame. The front door or the entrance to the room was so off track that when we shut the door it literally locked us inside and we are unable to open it except prying it open with a metal screwdriver. Thank God I had my husband there and because if I had been stuck in the room myself I would have panicked it was so closed in that I myself as a woman would have never been able to get out of that door. We also killed around 4 to 5 cockroaches and I know for sure that where there are four or five there are many more. Disgusting. Disappointing.

Owner allowed me to check in 3 hours early even though they were full .

Room was falling apart and busted up. Bathroom door and window covering were broken. Floor was cracked and chipped. No place for toilette paper and tub was stained with blue something.

Good value for the money. Easy access to the airport with public transportation. No option to store luggage but otherwise good option for one night in or out of Pheonix.

Room was great size bed amazing, decently clean for the price/area…wish the pool was available and the tv worked better the sound was horrible and muffled and remote didn’t work for the tv only the box.

The room was very old . No deadbolt lock on door. Bugs of some sort were either flying or crawling around. Toilet seat was nasty like it hadn’t been cleaned. We survived the stay and we were glad to get out of there in the morning.

The worse motel I ever seen. The neighborhood didn’t feel safe. The microwave was very dirty.

First room i got was super dirty like hair on pillows and floors. Wifi did not work on room 126. After complaining to a lady she changed my room to upstairs which was ok. Wifi worked perfectly. But no tv and room is still dirty. I guess what would you expect for 61 a night right? Overall i think its -ok.

The room was a dump the walls where filthy the floor was filthy the window shade was tore down laying on the floor upon entering. Hair was in the fridge they had a microwave sitting on top of the stove and most of all had bedbugs

Dirty dirty dirty.. the blow dryer LITERALLY fell apart in my hands...layers of dirt and grime in the bathroom. Dirty sheets.

Bought the room and when I went to go they told me I had never bought the room and they were all full

Room was dirty. Floor had a broken tile. Water was running in tub

I got yelled at because I went to the office to get my key reregistered and was locked out of my room for about and hour before reactivated

Tv did not work appropriately, patched holes not painted, broken dresser, musty smell, no bulb in bedside lamp, and the guy at the desk only returned $5 of my $20 cash deposit. Do not stay here. I tried to upload a photo, but the button in the app doesnt work.

It had a kitchen which was nice.

Great place for a nights sleep

This place is dirty and would not recommend the rooms. The outside is nice but the room we stayed is really dirty and the bath tub is very slippery and dirty.
