I like the location & price. Security did an amazing job at night

We woke up to a woman crying outside our room & watched man climb thru a window around 5am & no fridge or microwave in the room

I guess the best was walking away. I reserved a double queen. paid in advance. on arrival all she had was a smoking king and there were 3 of us (daughter and son in law). There were several at the desk apparently trying to get a room. Several men loitering outside. very rough area. close to freeway but bad area (I had no idea). Asked for a rollaway. none. didn't offer to help us find a room elsewhere. It was 10 pm. she refunded my money, said would be 5-7 working days and we left. We ended up returning 70 miles to our house and resumed trip next day after one more futile attempt at a room (same thing happened. Drury took my card to hold a room at Wyndham. Arrived and all they had was a king.) desk clerk wasn't overly friendly but she had a mob at the counter.

everything. I will say this: I had an email from Motel 6 corporate who seemed to care much more about my concerns and lack of a room than the motel staff themselves. I booked through Booking.com

Everything was clean no outside noise.

They got mixed up with our rooms. They got us a room that someone already booked and that guy came in started getting after me and my girlfriend. But I went to the front desk They gave us another room. No problem quick and easy.

everything. the staff was rude. the property had roaches. we had to keep our food sealed up tight otherwise bugs would be in our food.

Woke up at 2 am after killing a bed bug. Room was poorly cleaned. No remote for the TV. Dried French fries under the desk. Toilet paper had 1/4 roll left and no replacement. Painted over black mold in bathroom.

It was quite staff was friendly
