This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The room was outdated. The sofabed was so uncomfortable. You could feel metal when laying on it. The sheets were dirty. The tub was filthy. The staff was nice, but the hotel was not worth the money.

The hotel met my expectations and the breakfast was much better than most. The restaurant, claims to not be assocaited with the hotel, which is good for the hotel, since the food is substandard, even for basic fare. The pasta was awful and the pizze provided as a replacement was the first id ever had where the pepperoni was charred from overcooking.

I loved the esthetic, it was beautiful. Easy to locate and access. The only thing that I disliked was the condition of the tub and shower. The jetters in the tub, you could see it was not clean and some of the corners/ lining inside the shower and out side of the shower door were not clean to my liking, but it was tolerable. Other than that, my visit was amazing.

It’s an old Hotel but it has huge hallways and the suits are one of the biggest.

Staff member at check in was not friendly and was more worried about her phone than the guests. For the amount of money spent on the room, it really was not worth it. Rooms are dated and bathroom was not very clean. Parking at hotel is difficult and better signage around building would help. Similarly $25 additional fee for valet parking or park on the street at your own risk should be noted with hotel information.

I always enjoyed staying at Embassy suites in different cities, but in this particular one in Buffalo, the room was not vacuum properly, the bathroom had hair left on floor and under the sink, and the door had dirty fingerprints.
The mirror looked hazy, overall, very superficial cleaning.
The cleaning staff changed the bedsheets and towels, but the cleaning itself, is lacking.

Travelled with children who loved the pool! The suite was clean, bright and comfortable and surrounding downtown was safe and walkable. Valet parking was friendly and speedy service.

You can tell this hotel was very nice back in the day but not now. The floors everywhere were disgusting. Didn’t look like they were vacuumed or properly cleaned in ages. That includes the floor in the room.
The highlight was Brandon at the omelet station. He was so nice and friendly. The employees we encountered at the front desk were grumpy and seemed unhappy to be there. We paid $475 to stay there 1 night on a weekend —expected a lot more hospitality and cleanliness

Nice hotel. Not much to do in the area on a Sunday. Ate at an Irish pub nearby. Clean, comfortable, welcome drinks, great breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay again.
