This was a very comfortable and clean hotel. Restaurant was better than most.

Overall the rating was good although I requested the quiet side and was placed on the highway side. Asked for quiet floor upper and ended up with floor that had kids running up and down hallways.

Over a seven night stay, we received housekeeping only twice. Front desk woman was rude when asked twice about why we weren’t receiving service.

Very nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly. They do not have breakfast there as they have a restaurant on site Which was a bummer. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing they need to improve on, is the stairwell could’ve used some vacuuming. But I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel itself is nice and clean just a pain to get back to. Check in was slow and the lady was short and grouchy.

The check-in person was nice and efficient, but did not explain the $20 dollar charge to my credit card. Is always best to be informed as to why the charge!

I thought the room needed an updating. The shower had chips, the wood was scuffed, the lamp had a hole in it, the paint was chipped. I feel I was taken advantage of paying over 200.00 for the one night I stayed. I picked this hotel based on the Holiday Inn reputation but was terribly disappointed.

What I expected but a bit pricey for the comfort. The staff was professional but very non engaging. Breakfast was an additional cost and there aren’t any food options in walking distance.

When we arrived at the airport we were told that no one was available to come pick us up. Not enough staffing. The manager lives nearby and came to get us. Mo taxis or Ubers available either.
The hotel is dated, furniture in room was stained and ripped. In need of replacement.
This wasn’t what we expected and $200 is way overpriced.
The staff is great, overworked because os staffing shortages. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel

It has been a while since we stayed at this property and it is still in top shape. Staff was really friendly and our room was spacious and so clean. We enjoyed a late night drink and our server was fantastic.

Friendly staff, clean, great restaurant, comfortable room. I’ve stayed several times on business but never on a busy weekend. Soccer tournaments for the young kids I guess. The hotel was a bit chaotic and our room was directly over the pool so a little louder than usual but I think the staff was trying to keep the noise level down as much as they could. It’s really about the parents
