Love the location, close to major sightseeing.

I booked this hotel on Expedia, and less than a minute after booking, realized I booked the wrong day. I immediately called the property and Expedia and asked for them to switch my days or refund me if they could not switch my days, and the hotel refused. I got charged for one night at this hotel, despite calling them less than a minute later, telling them I had accidentally booked a day off. I begged the manager to disregard his cancellation policy, since I literally called immediately, and he was rude and refused. This is a horrible property with horrible customer service.

The staff are unbelievable in their attention to detail and customer care! They even shipped my husband’s sunglasses which he forgot:)

Staff is incredibly nice. It is a safe hotel as you must go through the front office to get to your room and there’s always an attendant there asking what room number you’re in if they don’t already know you. The A/C did not work in our room and the room is tiny. But we would absolutely stay here again. Great water pressure.

Delightful small hotel in a marvelous area. Stroll down to the Place Vendome for the Ritz and Trajan’s column or to the Louvre a couple of blocks away. Great shopping and lovely restaurants in the area. Room was small but adequate although the separate toilet was tiny. This is in the heart of Paris.

The staff are exceptional! We had absolutely zero regrets booking this property. On a return trip to Paris, this hotel will be our first choice.

It is a small boutique hotel in central Paris near lots of tourist attractions. We liked that you could walk to museums and Cathedrals etc. The staff is very helpful and polite. The room cleaners did a great job. The only possible complaint was that I was just getting over a cold and the air conditioning caused me to get congested at night and cough a lot. I am not sure if it would bother others, but I seem to be very sensitive to some air conditioning.

The staff was really friendly, and it was walking distance to shops, restaurants (Angeline is a must have for breakfast, 2 blocks away) and must visit places like the Louvre. Would definitely stay there again! Just keep in mind this is not a place for a big family, at least the room we stayed in was small for a couple only, was cozy and perfect for us.

Friendly staff and quality stay

Super friendly and helpful staff. I like that they have 24-hour service. Great location, near metro, a convenience store across from hotel and a laundromat within a 5 mins walk. Perfect for those who want to experience "local" lifestyle. The location is also very close the main attractions like Louvre. Very walkable. We went one week before the Olympics and the area feels safe. The weather was hot and the room has AC so we were quite comfortable after a long day. I gave a 3 star for the property facilities because one side of the picture frame by the bed wall came off around 3 AM, we heard a noise and then realized the frame was tilted. Luckily the frame was still hung on 1 side. I immediately went to the reception and the staff helped remove the picture frame, and also offered us complimentary breakfast. I felt they handled the situation well and were able to take care of the hazardous issue even when it occured at 3AM. There was a staff inspecting all the frames at the hotel in the morning. We enjoy the stay and will return if we come back to the same area. Thank you!

Considering our stay was arpund the Olympic rush, it was a good stay.

Perfect location in the delightful 1st Arrondissement of Paris. This small hotel has such friendly and helpful staff and is so close to beautiful cafes and sights, that is makes the perfect location for exploring Paris without running into many tourists in your local area. Even the church next door, very easily missed due to its exterior, is interesting inside (Saint Roch)

Perfect family hotel. Easy to get to even with 3 kids and 5 luggages. Close to everything walking distance to the louvre and metro stations. In the room it was very quiet. Never heard any noise from the streets or neighbors. The staff was welcoming and kind. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. If we were to come to Paris again we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has one of the most considerate and attentive staff anywhere. They take care to anticipate what you will need, genuinely interested in how your stay is and what they can do to make it better, and look after every detail. The area is super central, especially for shopping. The rooms are charming and clean, great amenities. If you’re missing anything the staff will help you.

A charming stop in central Paris. A short walk to bus, metro and attractions. Staff was always ready to assist or to welcome our return. Room was a little tight, but clean and inviting. I would stay again if I were to return to Paris.

Triple A location. Charming, classic interior like most of the Relais de Charmes/Silence in France. Room is beautiful.silent with a classic interior. Bathroom is a bit outdated and could be maintained better (some fungus spots in the corners). Breakfast is disappointing (in a humid cellar, no direct light and standards not what you except from a 4 star hotel).

Such friendly staff members who helped us feel welcomed and gave great recommendations for places to eat. Beautiful room, very comfortable beds, and so very quiet - we didn’t hear any street noise even though we were in a busy, active area.

Absolutely beautiful Boutique in the heart of everything! The simple things that go a long way, croissants, coffee, mints in the lobby! Walking distance to the Louvre, the shopping stores Chanel, Burberry, Versace, walking distance (7 min). This hotel has charm and the service from Je’rome and Fadid was 5 star! Mil Gracias to a great 5 star boutique!!

Room was recently redone, and decor was chosen really nicely. Updated to be fresh but still read very ‘Paris’. Consistent with the city, the room was small, but we made it work and it’s charm made up for its size. Bathroom was terrific. What really made our stay though was our concierge. He was amazing. My son has a serious peanut allergy and he bent over backwards to try to find things that would work for us. Just a terrific stay. I can hardly wait to go back.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful.

This was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed it. Beautiful street views from the room. The breakfast was lovely. People mention the separate bathroom from the sink. It's France and has a bidet. Simply walk to the bathroom a few feet across the room to wash your hands. Ahem...there are some unrealized benefits of not having to put make up on or do hair near a toilet. We didn't mind the accommodations. It was beautiful room and stay. We would stay here again.

Very cute boutique hotel. Small hotel. Small elevator. Small room. But perfect. Room had coffee and tea and mini bar. Shop right opposite sells everything you many need for food and drinks
