Wonderful accommodations and the service of sending a car was great!

Absolutely loved this place and so happy I did my research and found it. I took my dad here with me and got the Deluxe Double room. It was very spacious and the bathroom was huge as well! The room overlooked the Main Street but I did not feel that it was loud by any means. The beds were very comfortable and the ac worked wonderfully. The staff was extremely welcoming as well. The breakfast included was fantastic. I couldn't believe how centrally located this hotel was it was amazing to walk out at any time of the day to grab food or drinks or just for a walk. When we go back to Krakow we would stay here no questions asked.

Hotel Jan has tiny elevator & low level AC, but an excellent location (heart of old town) & nice breakfast- room was large and comfortable. Pillows need more oomph.

This was a great location next to the main square. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Employees super friendly and helpful when arranging taxi pick up/ drop off to airport.

A calm respite amongst the hustle and bustle outside. Good variety buffet breakfast. Exceptional friendly staff.

Great location and helpful staff.

Location is fantastic but the room decor is dated. Also, the elevator does not reach the top floor so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. Our room had a skylight and the front desk attendant could not figure out how to close them. She messaged the manager but still could not close them. We had to sleep one night with them open and it was quite bright early in the morning which made it difficult to sleep. The problem was corrected the next day by the maintenance crew but we had to keep the blinds closed for the rest of our stay.

Great location for exploring the old town. Rooms are a little outdated in terms of decor and elevator doors not reach top floor.

Fabulous Hotel! Excellent service by the reception and kitchen staff. Housekeeping is timely and professional. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. Hotel is in a perfect location - heart of the main square. Our room was huge, lovely and comfortable. Fast and reliable WiFi all around the Hotel. My only suggestion is for the Hotel to improve the quality of the hand wash and shower gel.

The property is beautifully decorated, and the location is very good. The room was small, but fine for a few days. Breakfast was lovely although I was not very fond of the coffee. Coffee is also a very personal taste. For the rooms I would suggest a few more amenities. Perhaps a washcloth and a disposable razor. Other than that, I would recommend Hotel Jan anytime to anyone!

As people have said the hotel is in a great location. Just a warning. If you book the cheapest room it’s on the fifth floor. The lift only goes to the fourth floor. We are in our 60s but very fit. No one offered to help us carry our luggage from the fourth to fifth floor up the stairs. Also, There were no windows in our room. There were skylights in the room and bathroom. One good thing about that though was it was quiet. We could hear noise from the street in the bathroom but not the bedroom.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. It has exceeded our expectations and so much more! The air conditioned room is spacious and clean, all essential amenities are included like kettle, shower gels, hairdryer etc. We paid a little extra for the breakfast buffet, it was great and had so much variety to choose from hot/cold food. It is so worth it I highly recommend! The hotel has a lift too which is convenient. The location is right by the main square with groceries shops, McDonald, restaurants & cafes, shops, tram, taxi nearby. The castle and the beautiful St Marys church is within walking distance too. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff who helped us with finding places and booking taxi too, she is super helpful! Everything was great, could not fault it. 10 out of 10!

Nice, quiet hotel a stone's throw from square . Staff very friendly and helpful No longer has a bar, since Covid space has now become a coffee shop. Would definitely recommend.

Really well located and close to all local amenities. Very central. Lovely building. A couple of the rooms were a bit cramped, mine was lovely. Breakfast not great

Olga at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. I would stay here again for the convenience to the Old Town. Only disadvantage was no parking available. We parked in a 24 hour lot approximately a 20 minute walk from the hotel.
