Qubus Hotel sets a high standard in the quality of hotel accommodation. Service is friendly, and in the main, very helpful. The rooms are excellent, well appointed and comfortable - apart from the far too common European practice of using the bathtub as a shower recess, which I really do not like at all. I have stayed in the Qubus Hotel in Gdansk 16 times between 2013 and 2017 and the standard was always consistently high. There are noticeable changes in the standard of service experienced in 2024 when compared to 2017, noticeably in the dining room and other guest services.

Great stay, fantastic service from all the staff and the breakfast was lovely. There is a fresh water dispenser on each floor for guests and the room was quiet and was equipped. We would without doubt stay here again

I stayed overnight at the Qubus hotel, needing to collect my son late at night from the airport. The hotel is lovely, conveniently placed to get to the airport and just a short 10 minute walk to the famous Długi Targ. Highly recommended hotel with warm and helpful staff. Thank you.

Everything was fine and hotel is very close to main city center. Only point is that rather ugly looking carpet in the room. Everything was clean just the look of it is not ideal.

The location of the hotel is good. The breakfast is very nice. Also, we liked the free boat trip that the hotel offers. We were disappointed with the unexpected extra charge. I have booked a room for 2 adults and 8 years old child. Paid for everything through hotels.com. On arrival, I was told that the child must sleep in the same bed with the adults. It is unacceptable standard in a 4 stars hotel. We were asked to pay an additional fee for a bed for the child. Also, there are cobwebs on the lamps and coffee and wine stains on the carpet. It's clear that the room has not been cleaned properly for a long time. Upon arrival I wrote to the management about the issues, but never received a reply. I honestly don't think that this is fair to pay for a 3 ppl room and to find out that you have to pay extra for the third bed.

Too basic toiletry items for a 4-star hotel. Bring your own shampoo, balm, toothbrush etc even if you're on a short business trip. Also mind that you'll have to pay separately for parking (almost a third of the room price). Good breakfast. Good location.

We booked a room for 2 adults and child- this is what says on my booking. The room was not prepared for 3 guests- we only had 1 double room. When I mentioned this to the staff they told me that they can add one more bed for extra cost. I told Them that I paid for 3 people but they said that was not right. We didn’t even had 3 towels in the room.

My husband and I have just returned from a fabulous few nights stay at Qubus Hotel. It is ideally placed to explore gdansk and we also took the local train to Gdynia and Sopot. The hotel is lovely and the staff are hard working and helpful. The room was clean and more than big enough for the two of us. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily to a high standard. We would definitely return to Qubus hotel and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Great spa. Our room was on river side. 5 minutes walk to old town. 10 minutes walk to train station for train to Sopot (30 mins). 10 minutes walk to excellent shopping centre. Great breakfast. Lots of choice. Bad cocktails.

Great location, with a 3 minute walk to the centre. Service was friendly and always helpful. Our cleaner did an amazing job on the room, and when we returned from a busy day exploring Gdańsk, we found a wonderfully tidy and clean room. Our only disappointment was breakfast. We were hoping to buy breakfast at the hotel, but at €34 for us as a couple (£32 approx) this was an unaffordable and for us, an unjustifiable amount to pay every morning and we were able to find breakfast for around £10 total every morning as a family. I understand from other reviews the breakfast is stunning and delicious, so if you can afford the price it may well be worth it. Other than that, the hotel is incredible and the boat ride that is included in the price, together makes the hotel worth booking every time we visit.

The hotel was in a great location just a short walk from the old part of Gdansk. The staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection but I have found much more selection at other Qubus Hotels (especially Krakow). The free boat ride was an unexpected surprise. However, it was very disappointing to be told we couldnt have lunch at the hotel as the dining room had been booked out to non residents celebrating holy communion.

We had an excellent stay. Daniel was a very great receptionist who went above and beyond.
