Loved the room and was very clean. Bed was super comfortable. We both enjoyed using the guest lounge and have the owner pop in often to chat with us.

We booked after a late flight and is a perfect night stop, easy access and very comfortable

Good, clean and nicely decorated accommodation but you would need to request a room in the back as our room was facing the street and despite good double glazing it was noisy because of the road

Check-in was very streamlined. Breakfast was cooked with love. Parking situation on site is a bit bleak. Suggest planning to park on the street.

Beautiful decor, very clean and comfortable. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. Good safe off road parking with shops and facilities within a reasonable walking distance. Very good breakfast and overall highly recommended.

Room 3. 1 night. Parking out front. Room size ok. Had snacks as well as tea coffee biscuit. Wine glasses. Downstairs had use of fridge (with real milk) and ice machine and walking maps. Bathroom ok extra amenities cotton buds cream etc. No fan in room but could ask. Wifi good. Nice restaurants in walking distance. Would stay again. Covid aware good. Did not take up breakfast

I had a wonderful stay with my 3 girls here this summer. The room was spacious and clean, the hosts were amazing for any of our needs including local knowledge and breakfast was just lovely every day. I would highlighly recommend staying here, it is a lovely walk to the beach (was a little bit too far for my 6 year old but she was fine) and there are plenty of places for dinners around.

No complaints, more than happy with our couple of nights here. Host's were nice and friendly, room felt quite homely, and location is ideal for trip to Ayr/Prestwick.

Top flight stay, owners complying totally with COVID rules and cracking Scottish breakfast. Would certainly feel happy to return again. Good location to walk into central Ayr.
