Very dirty apartment very dusty the two shower tiles full of .old. We all got sick we could not breath, itchiness on our bodies. Unsafe lamp in dining area too low.

The only thing I liked was the location. Disappointed at the cleanliness and maintenance of the unit. The sheets for both the bed and sofa were dirty found hair, dust and stains on them. We bought bedding because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the bed sheets. We bought Clorox wipes and air fresheners because the place smelled as if it had been unoccupied for a long time. The walls and furniture had stains as well. Pictures on the website are definitely old. If the unit and property were to be done constantly the place would be nice.

Liked the courtyard but no chairs to sit? No stove... Well there was a countertop stove, but it was broken. The microwave shuts off after 45 secs, EVERY TIME. There was limited, but still, mildew in both showers. There was plenty of space, plenty of beds. There were not covers on 2 beds however. I didn't expect the Ritz, but also didn't expect budget inn. Loved the location, will try and find something close to the area next time, just not here. Wifi didn't work either, but that's no big deal.

AC runs continually and we froze. Bathroom needs cleaning..may have been painted but corners and tissue holder never cleaned.

Let’s start with missing glass in front window. Property looks abandoned from outside. Missing glass gives access to window lock from outside, and anyone can enter unit without extra effort. No towels, sheets with holes. Place looks run down. Far cry from 3 stars rating on description.

a bit unclean (like a window broken) but honestly so well located and felt very safe! Spacious and lot of amenities! As students here on a budget, this was really the perfect place for us, close to the beach, restaurants, groceries etc.

The host was absolutely amazing, responded right away and allowed for an earlier checkin with no problem! Very friendly and helpful! She answered any questions I had! Great price for an awesome location!! We were able to walk to the beach, and lincoln road being steps away! We had the best time thank you!!

It was very dirty. Bugs. Bed was unstable. The reviews were not correct. Smelled of Marijuana INSIDE the place. Outside it did but that was fine. Inside should not reek of Marijuana and smoke.

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work properly and the building smelt of marijuana. The location is very convenient, but other than that the stay was not comforting.

Perfect location for shopping, eating, and walking to the beach. Great set up for family of six. Air conditioning would have been nice, but fans were available. Recommend better kitchen fan to remove cooking odors. Furnishings could use a refresh. Enjoyed the Roku, YouTube and other TV options. The property owner was very friendly and responsive to our requests via text and email. No street parking, but a garage for $25 per day was a 6 minute walk away. I'd likely stay here again if traveling with 5 or 6 people.

Really appreciated the early check in. To the bad, there’s a strong smell of what we think is urine in the apartment and the window coverings are cheap and missing so that there’s not actual privacy. It’s an odd space as some things are clearly remodeled and nice.

Loved the location, the host was very prompt about helping with anything we needed anytime i called. Very central to all rhe best amenities south beach has to offer. Will be back again

This place was great to accommodate my sister and her large family for one night. The night before we were to cruise the Royal Caribbean. It's a lil hard to find, it was dark, you pay for both street parking and parking lot the beds were decent, not like Marriot or Hilton, but like camping. It works to get that necessary rest for large family.

Great place to stay at the end of Lincoln Road. Blocks away from Lincoln Road Mall. Lots of options to eat and drink around. The property is one bed apartment which is big. The property is an old building, however, kept updated. Great value for money.

Reasonable price for what you get. Very clean studio, confortable, great for 2-3 people. Just a block from Lincoln Road, restaurants, supermarkets around, walking distance. The Beach are 10 blocks, have to walk. Recommended.

Cute little apartment. Was a little cramped for 4 people as it was advertised that sleeps 4 but still did the trick. Located next to everything. Property owner responsive for needs like towels and such

My only compliant is the blinds were broken and left areas open to look in. The rest of appt was great.

Very charming appartment, nicely decorated, great location. At first the toilet didn't work, but that was fixed. The couch/bed in the livingroom would'nt have been suitable for grown-ups, but for the kids it was ok for the time being. The other bed was great. We'll come back.

Clean house and great property. Close to great areas and the beach. Host was also great. Great stay overall.

I wanted to have a convenient location with kitchen which it did. The lights are out in the wall way by 2/3building very dark. The mattress on the bed was stacked on another and sank in when you laid on it. Very uncomfortable. It would be great if the sleeping situation was better

Location is awesome. Its still warm in the bedrooms and the light by the front door to the needs to be fixed. There is a bad smell in the bathroom between the 2 rooms.the dining room light is too low.dishwasher needs to be replaced

The room smelled like fish and was damp. Several fixtures in the apartment were broken. We put up with it because we had to do but I would not recommend this place in the future

Good place considering the location; if you want more pay more. Host was helpful however didn’t provide soap, just shampoo and the bed that pulls out from the wall wasn’t too comfortable. Convenience and location however get a 5/5.
