Love staying here. Rooms are spacious, clean, beds are comfy and breakfast is plentiful. Parking used to be included in stay, now you have to pay extra. That would be my only negative.

This is one of the best places I have stayed. Kevin at the desk and the whole team was wonderful. He was informative and gracious. I enjoyed my time there.

This Hyatt was a bit of a disappointment. The property could use a good deep clean. The upholstery in the common areas, carpets, etc. The hvac unit in the room was very loud and ran constantly, not just when the compressor was engaged, even with the fan on auto. Made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was good and the location is good in downtown Bethlehem.

One thing that sucked was for parking. It’s in a garage across the street. Musik fest was happened so it wasn’t normal grab a ticket, park and validate. There was parking attendants and when I went to leave the next day it wouldn’t let me thru and I had to pay an additional $20 on top of what I had already paid and the hotel said I didn’t even pay for parking at all. Waiting for the unexpected bill now -_-

This hotel was very nice. The staff were all friendly. The lady who was at breakfast was very polite, kept it all full, and checked on you. The rooms were clean and very spacious. We would stay here again.

The hotel was easy to get into. Parking is across the street in parking garage, however you can drop off bags and then park the car. It wasn’t that inconvenient. Staff were super kind and they were smiling! Very refreshing. Our room was lovely with a large sitting area and very comfortable king sized bed. We would stay here again.

Great but short staffed wasn’t a deal breaker the gentlemen at the front desk was still able to assist, even while he was working alone in the front he managed to keep a positive attitude. Place overall very well kept and food was pretty good.

There needs to be a warning for people who own large or lifted trucks our truck just fit inside the garage but even then the spots were not long enough the truck stuck out so far and we’re so worried someone would smack into it.

This property was so great, we travel a lot for daughters softball and we always check in late at night, they were so nice at the front desk and it was a relief to finally unwind from the day there.

I ended up being on crutches for this stay, hotel staff was kind and accommodating- even offering me the use of a wheelchair. Our room is clean and roomy. Love the indoor pool - the kids are happy to have this amenity!
