We have stayed here 4 times now. Love the comfort of the rooms and love being able to fish off the 3 docks out back or swim in the pool or just sit and relax outside in the evening. Beach access just yards away.

This hotel is very close to the Gulf and the intracoastal waterway is in its backyard! Beautiful setting. Great pool. The sheets were rough so you may want to bring your own.

Great hotel, clean, within walking distance to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nothing much to do, but to relax.

Great location to quiet beach that we walked to. The condo was cozy and comfortable.

Great location. Bay view. Beach across the street is great, not too crowded and has amazing views of the sunset. Condo well appointed with 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella also provided. Kitchen well stocked- I wish they would add a rice cooker though. We book this place several times a year

The rooms were perfect. The living room was spacious and inviting. The rooms were clean and fit the whole family comfortably. Large TVs in all rooms, kitchen was nice and ready to be used. Pool was very average. Would certainly consider staying here again. Great price, great room, great experience.

Room was amazing, not a come with beach chairs and umbrellas, but ours did.

Wonderful property! Great views and location. Staff were helpful in the office as well. Supplies in the house were well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Excellent experience

Went to the bathroom during the night turned the light on and a roach was crawling on the bathroom floor. My husband found evidence of roach activity in the bottom kitchen cabinets as well. We started the dishwasher as instructed in the check out directions, and it started to leaking water out the bottom all over the floor, and had to be stopped. My spouse did report the leaking at check out. If this had been run or checked recently this wouldn’t have happened. Upon further inspection the floor molding in the kitchen looked rotten. Honestly, we are local residents, and wanted a fun day at the beach, with fees I paid over $600 for one night this is unacceptable. We will not be staying here again. For the price, the place should be impeccable.

The property was nice. The building was old but, the rooms are updated, modern and nice. We were assigned parking space #5. Our parking spot left something to be desired because you had to back out on to the main road.

Nice property. Checkin could be a bit more organized but once in, the condo is nice and very well equipped. The area is great.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Management staff friendly and responsive to our questions. Beach access across the road. Quiet neighborhood with groceries and some restaurants in walking distance. Condo well supplied with towels and kitchen ammenties.

Love the area the room we had this time was very dark and the bed was not very comfortable. Stayed here before in a nicer room.

Thanks to the lady at the front desk who replaced the shower rod when ours broke. She was always very pleasant and helpful.

Wonderful stay, quite clean and well appointed. Would stay again - perfect location to visit treasure island.

Great for a longer stay with kitchen and laundry. Rooms were clean and well equipped Sofa bed mattress however was past it’s prime as my nephews used it for a night visit. Would like to have seen more kitchen equipment to cook with but made it work. Chairs in living room armrests starting to show stains However the docks out back, rooms, decor, cleanliness, quietness, beach across the street, parking, ability to walk to some bars/restaurants I will come back again next year and share with those that want to come down.

Gulf of Mexico was easily accessible and the bay was our "backyard". The condo was very clean and welcoming. Could have had more comfortable bed pillows and brighter nightstand lamp for reading. Plenty roomy for me and my husband. Would stay again:)

Westwinds was a wonderful resort. Had everything you needed and the beach was a short walk across the road. Very clean well kept resort.

There was this content droning sound (industrial type sound) that went on for several hours, causing aggravation and loss of a good nights sleep. More lighting in hallways.

Very happy with our stay. Condo was clean, communication was great, we were given all the information we needed in various ways. Only steps to the beach!

This property was outstanding! Easy check in, friendly staff, great amenities. Watch the sunrise and dolphins on the bayside and the sunsets across the street at the beach. Great location, everything you need is in walking distance. Extremely peaceful sitting on the patio early morning and late night. Condos have everything you need for your stay! Can’t wait to return!

This place was absolutely perfect for us. This isn’t a traditional hotel but instead they are condos. The unit was sparkling clean. The view is fantastic. We had a corner unit and watched the dolphins swim by daily. The outside of the units has plenty of open patio space and a pool right on the intercostal. There are also two boat docks you can sit on with built in benches. The beach is right across the street at the crosswalk and you are right on the Gulf. We had a full kitchen, with supplied paper towels, dish soap and and dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee pot and full size fridge. The unit is well furnished with TV’s in each bedroom and comfortable CLEAN furniture. Spotless tile throughout and working windows to let the Seabreeze in. Check in was flawless with the office open and plenty of instructions if you arrive after hours. The woman in the office was just terrific and accommodating. Parking was assigned so you never had to worry about losing your spot. Grocery store and Dunkin are both close by as are plenty of great places to eat. Absolutely one of the best stays we’ve ever had from beginning to end. I highly recommend.

My husband and I recently stayed at this wonderful property for his birthday. We had an exceptional stay at Westwinds!! The property was very clean and bigger than expected. We enjoyed having the pool to ourselves and relaxing by the bay. We loved the waterfront to have our meals and drinks and we also got to see a dolphin while having our coffee. We will definitely return to this property again and again.
