Hotel entrance was smelly and 2 rooms they offered had a horrible smell too

Only stayed for one night but had to be switched because my first room smelled very moldy. Second room was really no better because it also had that wet smell. Everything else was fine

It is advertised as a great hotel with a huge pool and such. Actually it is an average hotel. Pool wasn’t as big as shown and needs to and beds were hard so not a good night sleep. The ONLY upside, and why I gave it a 4 is the bar was pretty nice.

Matresses are the worst and hardest i have experienced, by modern standards they unacceptable, modern mattresses are 12" to 14" thick these were 6" to 8" on top of a "platform" with no give. it was like sleeping on the floor. noise from adjoining room and above was excessive at the least, constant banging yelling, jumping? For business travel where you need to rest well and be up early for meetings this place is NOT RECOMMENDED. On a positive note, staff was very good, facility is in excellent condition inside and out. But that really dosent matter if the mattress is like a rock and you cant sleep dur to noise.

When we turned back the bed there was a sock between the pillows and there was a lot of hair in the shower. Reported to front desk. They did offer to move us.

Only thing missing is quick continental breakfast for those who don’t have time to have a leisurely meal.

The room was clean, but perhaps a detergent has harmed the finish on the furniture leaving streaky stains that were sticky in places. Front desk was polite. Able to park even when the lot started filling up. We would go back.

Nice hotel to stay to visit Cape Canaveral, in the area of the hotel not so much to do, hotel room is nice and clean.

I am 61 years old. I booked my room for the 13th and the 14th and the lady would not let me check in until 3:00. The next day it was terrible. So finally management came in housekeeping and another lady Mike got in my room at 3:30 a.m. I paid over $200 for my room. I'm a local lady that lives in Titusville the young girl. Her name was Grace. It was a terrible, terrible experience. I've stayed at Holiday in several times and to be treated that way. I should have been coughed for the whole entire thing. I've never heard of such. She said I have to put I'll put the wrong date and I said it's after midnight so it is the 13th and she said no it is not by our computer so I'm sure you understand what was going on. Thank you

The room could have been a little cleaner but was ok. Was a little pricey and we could have stayed somewhere else for less but just expected better for the price.
