The furniture was old and worn and smelled unpleasant and there was dirt and debris in the crevices. Floors creaked and the bathroom rugs needed to be replaced. Some of the lights weren’t working and beds comfort level was ok. AC on the first level wasn’t working but the mgmt company was responsive and fixed it the next day. Overall, it was good. I wish the first floor was connected and accessible from the inside second floor which was a little inconvenient.

This property is beautiful and in a perfect location! My friends and I loved how close Forsyth Park was (5 min at most) and honestly we just walked everywhere. Savannah is such a walkable city so honestly this location was perfect because you naturally make a few stops while walking to River Street or City Market area. Neighbors were nice and also there is a Kroger about 10 min away so again great location! Everything was clean and decorated beautifully! Only minus is that the bottom floor does not connect to the top, wish ir was and would recommend that can be accommodated in the future because it would make this place a 10 star instead of a 5. We take a yearly trip to Savannah with the whole family (grandparents, infants, children and teens). So it is very important that the house we book is comfortable for all. Cons: We were not made aware that the house is SPLIT and there is no way of connecting the house from the interior of the home (the elevator is not accessible for tenants). Ground floor has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom (no kitchenette area) and upstairs it is a 3/2 with all common areas. If you’re on the ground floor and need to access the main house you need to walk through the outside of the house. This made it every difficult for the kids and elderly. It wasn’t a big deal for us but none of the bedrooms had a tv. Only bathroom in the main area did not have a working lock. Lighting in the ground floor was very dim. Pros: House is centrally located just a couple of blocks from Forsyth park. Plenty of parking. Nice furniture and decor. Good natural lighting in the main house.

We enjoyed staying here! Our teenagers stayed in the bedrooms below… I wish there were not two separate entrances, but it worked out well for us! The beds were very comfortable and the host provided everything we needed!!!
