Water all over the floor in bathroom.

The hotel was clean and modern. The room was spotless. We got a restful night there while on a road trip.

Very nice

Someone entered my room with a key while I was sleeping. Nobody to call at the desk for 1h. Noise all over the floor. Nobody ever picked up. Zero explanation at checkin. Guy wasn’t paying attention to anything but his buddies at the bar. Nice hotel, total staffing nightmare.

We got to our room about 9pm. The toilet was clogged from the previous guest. The cleaning staff should have corrected this while cleaning the room before our arrival. Instead, it was left for us to deal with at night. We had to wait for maintenance to come to fix it. They left and returned with a plunger. He had to plunge a LOT to get it working. It sounded like kids doing cannonballs in a swimming pool. I am not faulting him for this. He did what he had to do to fix our problem. I felt like the whole bathroom was dirty after all of this. I went to get Clorox wipes from my car to clean the bathroom after this because I was grossed out. There went my relaxing night. We had a stay booked with you on September and have now canceled that. There was also no shelf to put soap or a wash cloth on in the shower. What are we supposed to do? Put it on the floor of the shower. Was very disappointed in this Hilton.

Stayed here because my usual hotel in Chattanooga was booked up on my dates. Clean & comfortable. Stayed twice to & from my final destination. Price was right. Front desk friendly. Will most likely book again.

Modern looks, an bar,pool an love the outside sitting area

There was a rattle noise from air conditioner that was annoying and kept me up during the night. Also water was not hot at first they made adjustments but had to turn all the way over to hot to get hot water and it still should have been hotter. Also no sheets on pull out…has to go get some and they had no pillows to offer us.

Staff was not friendly at all. They did not have towels for several hours after we checked in. I had to ask multiple times. They finally gave us 2 for 3 people each day. Did not feel welcome at all by front desk staff. Would not stay here again.

The building and rooms seemed to be clean and nice. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Hearing the front desk swearing that much was not appreciated. Also had to wait for him to get off the chair in the guest lounge and stop watching tv to come help me get checked in.

Beautiful, clean, smelled good. Loved the shower head with removable hand shower head!!! That's not very common in hotels. Water didnt get hot, only lukewarm, in shower both at night and in the morning, so that was disappointing. Otherwise, great place to stay. Bed and pillows comfy. Pool inside is nice, they have towels available in the pool area for use. Little courtyard is pretty and relaxing. Close to tons of restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Loved the warm cookie at checkin! We did not purchase breakfast so I don't know how that is, just know it is for ourchase at the hotel restaurant, not incouded. But kids 5 and under eat free with an adult. There is a little mexican bakery (Mary's) 2 mins away that has amazing breakfast pastries! Just walk in, pick them yourself on a tray, then they pack them up in a bag when you pay.

This hotel is our choice of stay when traveling. Location has great restaurants, the usual fast food joints.

One of the soap pumps (body wash) was missing from the shower entirely. The other two pumps (shampoo and conditioner) were empty.

WARNING!!!! Breakfast Buffett is not included like every other hotel. It is $16 per person for pre cooked foods. Also the swimming pool area is unpleasant. (Loud & hot) Wished we would have booked hotel downtown for the same price that included breakfast

Indoor pool and very polite front desk. Clean and safe

The AC units were loud. The sheets were terrible! The most uncomfortable rough sheets I have ever felt. The couch pull out mattress was the absolute worse thing i have ever seen. There was no padding. It was like laying directly on the springs. Besides that, staff was nice, room was clean.

This hotel is very nice and staff friendly and professional. We will secure this site when we stop in Chattanooga to/fro our FL vacations as our half way stopping point.
