It is not in Centro as written. I had do take an Uber every day twice to go to city center where everything is. The hotel was big and the staff and service were very good.

My reservation was made W breakfast included but when I went to have my breakfast they said I have to Pay for it and it was 3 rooms total of 10 people that we had to pay $2300.00 Mx pesos for those breakfast I think it was very embarrassing. Next my room was no AC working on my second night so all night w out ac, next was no water on my room for the whole night it was embarrassing too.

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast that changed daily. The hotel was very accommodating with early check in and room availability. The parking options are incredible! The reception even changed American $ to pesos for the first $100. The suite rooms are the way to go since the standard rooms are too tight and small. I do wish they had a stove in suite room. They also don’t have the room stocked with plates/utensils but you can request them to the room, free of charge.

Everyone from housekeeping to front desk was wonderful. Polite, helpful, friendly. The facility and rooms are modern and clean. The hotel also has a good restaurant on the first floor with reasonable prices. We'd never been to Queretaro before and chose Hotel Crown Victoria because it had good prices and its location was listed at being in el centro. In reality, the hotel is along a highway in a kind of business/industrial neighborhood so it's not really walkable. But, on the plus side, I was able to catch a taxi in front of the hotel and find city buses nearby.

Nice hotel very clean and basic, excellent bed and pillows. The parking ramp is not very well done so your car may scratch underneath. The breakfast buffet is very basic nothing extraordinary but at a really good price. Overall is a great place to stay if you are going for work to Queretaro.

My VIP Hotels.com status was ignored while I got invited for an upgrade I did not get any but there where free rooms. After asking I was told I can have the 20% voucher and they will inform the restaurant now.
The bed and room were fine, we did not have breakfast. The location of the hotel is not ideal as there is no good way to walk to the centrum, we used and über to get across the highway.
As I booked as part of the VIP program, I won't do that again.

This place is the definition of great service from house keeping to front desk. The employees are a breath of fresh air when it comes to service. When I travel to Querétaro this will be the only hotel I will stay at.
