Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. It really looks like this apartment hasn’t been cleaned in years. The kitchen does come with plates and utensils but there is no dish soap, nor a sponge to clean after yourself…how do you expect the guest to clean if there is nothing of that sort provided. The pictures posted that advertise this place are inaccurate. In short- this place is horrendous and really looks nothing like the pictures. Completely misleading. The pictures of the pool that they posted makes it look like a nice place to stay but I promise you it is nothing like that. Besides the accommodation, there is nothing around the area. Entering the place is extremely difficult for no reason. No one responds, the only way we got in to the gate was by following another resident that went in. We payed for one night but we decided to leave after 2 hours because we couldn’t stay in that place. If i could give it negative stars, I would. This place doesn’t even deserve a star; i’m not sure how it has 3 stars. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DO NOT STAY HERE.

A lovely apartment in a good location. Very clean residence. Restaurant excellent value for money, with friendly owners. Pool well kept. Would definately return and recomend to others.

Tres bon sejour agreable

Accommodation is pretty basic but you get what you pay for and our apartment had a kitchenette, which is very useful for families with young children. Area has lots to offer - especially the beaches. Try hiring bikes and ride up to La Grande Motte and beyond - great fun! There is plenty going on in central La Guarde du Roi and La Grande Motte.

Really nice accomodation for families, nice swimming pool, good parking, everything positive

As soon as I arrived it was very clear the the place was way too far from the photos shown on expedia. It looks like a jail surrounded by big walls. The swimming pool was very small and dirty. As soon as I entered in the apartment I realized that it was very dirty. The shower was smelling like sewer. Breakfast was very cheap. I ended up leaving the next day I arrived instead of staying in that dirty place for 4 nights. It was a nightmare! Be aware, stay away!!!

Over an hour to check in. No air con. Tiny double bed. Pool closed 7pm to 10am.Only get the pool side rooms as the rooms furthest from the road get the sun all afternoon and are cooking
