A lovely quiet property in a pretty setting just a short walk from town. 15/20 minutes from the airport and the same to the Swan Valley. A great breakfast to set you up for the day.

Enjoyed the serenity and peacefulness of the place. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good. However, it would be nice to have a heater in the bathroom as it can be very cold in winter without heating.

The picturesque settings in the garden were amazing, although quite old, the accommodation was very well kept and had a beautiful charm about it.
One downside was the very small and outdated television, could do with an update. Overall a very nice stay

What a change from the usual glass and concrete establishments!! A property with character, a short drive from Perth airport. It is very well run with attentive service from the owner, Pete.
The amenities are first class and the full, cooked to order, breakfast being included in the price was much appreciated.

I booked this for my brother in-law and sister in-law from the UK. They absolutely loved it. Hosts were amazing, room was fabulous, breakfast delicious, lots of lovely walks and reasonable walking distance to Kalamunda for dinner. They have said they would highly recommend.

In the morning you hear just the sounds of birds and water trickling in the pond. Its very quiet and yet so close to all the amenities in Kalamunda. Theres a beautiful garden and pool to enjoy and a lovely sitting room to relax in. I had a wonderful stay. Exactly as planned. Thanks Jo and Pete. LOVED my breakfasts.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are very beautiful and charming and the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The grounds are very well done as well. Complimentary breakfast is also made to order and was very good. There is also a wonderful shopping area within walking distance that have some great shops, pubs and restaurants.

After the long flight from London via Dubai the short journey to Rosebridge House brought us to Rosebridge House which exceeeded all our expectations.
Located in a quite area, our room was perfect and the service at breakfast next morning was outstanding added to by the unbridled helpfullness of the lady serving.
We certainly could not have asked for more and recommend Rosebridge House without any hesitation.

Really nice stay and helpful staff as they booked a taxi for my three year old and I for our very very early flight. Breakfast tray was supplied the night before nice selection I just couldn't find the toaster, I blame it on my early morning start. Thank you for a lovely stay. Will definitely return next time we are in Perth.

Absolutely tops. Beautifully restored by very friendly owners who go out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Superb breakfast. Port before bedtime...books and DVD's to enjoy. We loved it.Very clean and comfortable..... a home away from home.

They deserve their excellent reputation. Great communication (after hours check in), lovely private room, great service, beautiful grounds, lots of interesting nic nacs, lovely furnishings, great location - secluded & quiet but only 5 minutes to town centre with lots of food and services options.
