Great location, nearby shops, cafe's and takeaways and restaurants including pubs. Good walking tracks to shopping area and city lookout. Clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and very helpful staff. Guest lounge was great especially in winter with open fire.

Not much probably pool needs shade in summer.

Nicest place I have stayed at in Perth. Great location, friendly staff who went out of their way to help me. Breakfast was terrific, pool was a bonus but too cold to use most days.

Perfect location, delicious cooked breakfast, fresh fruit and cereals available. Our hosts were really lovely and made us feel very welcome. It was lovely to see the bandicoots and parrots having their breakfast while we ate ours. Beautiful gardens and pool area.

It would be a bonus to have a bigger fridge, however it was a cold stay so not a problem but it would be good to have a larger place to keep drinks cool in summer.

There was a piece of plastic in the fruit salad, and the owner did not notice us when we arrived for the breakfast, there were not enough tables for the amount of people coming in for breakfast, only one hour breakfast, the room was icy cold when we arrived, the owner tried to talk everyone into going to the 'Embers' restaurant for dinner

Absolutely lovely property lovely owners and delicious and very prompt breakfast would definitely recommend staying here

Felt like a traditional English B&B, very comfortable room and en suite, lovely hosts, yummy breakfast and the cheese platter was enormous. I loved the gardens complete with resident quendas.

It was disappointing that the hosts are not promoting wine and cheeses from local suppliers

We spent a night at Rosebridge B&B for celebration of our wedding anniversary. The Summer House that we stayed has a spa and pool view as well as lovely garden bed with ornaments . We had a lovely evening walk with Kalamunda CBD only 1 km away which is close to shops , restaurants and cafe. Great location, excellent classical accommodation and beautiful environment. Delicious and nutritious breakfast, I don't even need to eat lunch after had that breakfast. A bonus of native birds and animals in the courtyard to greet us. Friendly hosts and very good communication, would like to go back again and definitely recommend to family and friends.

There isn't anything that I don't like about the place.

What a heavenly spot for an overnight (or longer) break to recharge your mind and soul in this tranquil garden settlng. Pete and Julia are fantastic hosts. Breakfast was delicious, photos attached to prove. Bbq facility available for by the pool dining with the friendly Quendas paying a visit. Lovely walk trail opposite. Rooms private, clean and comfortble. We will definately be back for another visit.
