The unit was clean and tidy.
But its very surprising that there is no air conditioning or even a fan at all in the whole house.
Furthermore there is no fly screens at all!
So we couldn't open a single window.
Once its opened, hundreds of flies came into the house. And we spend so much time and energy to catch flies....
Except for that, everything was fine.

The apartment we had matched the photo when booking. Everything was great. Even clean windows to do justice to the ocean view.
A minor point came up when we discovered the only frying pan was rubbish so staff promised to get a decent non stick fry pan in to the kitchen.

We had a great apartment that got lots of sun. View out to the beach from the lounge and main bedroom was lovely! Perfect spot to holiday as a family of four. Kids loved the pool and spa.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean and had everything in it that you needed .In a perfect spot across the road from the beach and lots of playgrounds plus walking distance to lots of surfclubs and restaurants .My only complaint was the sliding doors didn’t have screens on them .

Excellent property. Right across the street from the beach. Beautiful views. Near some restaurants and very easy to get in and out of by vehicle. Close to malls and easy access to highways.
Apartment is well maintained and very spacious. Only reason we arent giving full stars is there were no blinds only wooden shutters which lets all the light in and the sun rises very early!

Chose it as it has 5 individual beds for a group of friends and it met our requirements. Nice balcony on 3rd floor to sit overlooking the trees and the ocean through the trees. Nice 15 min walk to headland and restaurants, shops. Nice pool and spa. Handy parking underneath and very pleasant people at reception.

Our room on the 16th floor had incredible panoramic and uninterrupted views of the ocean. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The managers were friendly and very helpful. The pool, tennis court, BBQ area and grounds were spotless. It is right opposite the patrolled beach, lots of dining ( both $ and $$$$) and shopping options an easy stroll away

Me and my 15yr old son stayed for a short getaway from Sydney and to celebrate my niece's 1st bday in the area. The apartment is beautiful and quiet with lots of space, It had everything, all we had to do was buy the food.
The owners are very friendly, kind and helpful, The views were amazing, and located nice and close to everything,

Awesome location, walking distance to surf clubs for dinner as well as the town centre. We walked the coast every day as it was so picturesque. Our apartment was very large and we had plenty of room for our adult family of 6. I would not hesitate to stay again and the managers were great to deal with and full of local information.

The Cashelmara Apts are situated across the street from the beach. Our apartment was facing the beach with incredibly beautiful view. Nice furniture, comfortable bed, clean, kitchen with all needed appliances, etc. Free secure underground parking if you have a car. Beach walking/biking trail along entire beach ... many kms in length. Dave & Helen were very welcoming and excellent hosts. Local restaurants and shopping was close by. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Fantastic views across Burleigh Heads beach. Very large 2 bedroom apartment with lots of space for children. Pool was a great hit with all the family. Very convenient spot to local cafes and supermarkets. Would definitely stay again!
